Easy to set-up, deliver, and analyze.

Simple statistics are a breeze.

Cons

Difficult to download into software applications such as excel and word.

Statistics cannot be applied across surveys.

Pros

Excellent, user-friendly instrument for in-house generated surveys. Good flexibility; appreciate the different deployment options - on site, by e-mail, etc. as well as reporting and analysis features.
