New offerings provide improved access to expert resources

Deltek introduced Deltek Customer Care Select and Deltek Customer Care Connect, an enhanced customer portal and online user forums. The introduction of the new offerings coincides with the introduction of the Customer Care brand for Deltek's support programs.
Customer Care Select provides personalized services to Deltek's mid- and large-scale customers. At the center of Customer Care Select are dedicated customer support representatives who are the most experienced Deltek experts in the industry. This support program offers proactive planning to identify potential issues in advance, expanded access to support resources that resolves issues in a fraction of the time, and direct contact with product experts which facilitates insight into future product roadmaps.
To provide customers with improved access to key support tools, Deltek has redesigned its customer portal and launched Deltek Customer Care Connect. The new customer portal makes it easier and more convenient to maintain key contacts, search the online knowledge base and download the latest product releases. In addition, Deltek has introduced Connect Customer Forums to facilitate peer-to-peer dialogue so customers can network with each other to share tips on using the software. The customer forums encourage customers to raise and address questions related to products, share insights with fellow users and identify content that is helpful to the Deltek community.
