I am not super computer literate, but ClassJuggler was easy enough for me to set up my own company, run monthly billings for my customers and even set up credit card processing. I have been using this for many years now and absolutely love it.
Cons
Nothing significant. It's hard to find a perfect solution for any business and there are always a couple features I would like to see added, but ClassJuggler is good about listening to what I want and getting those feature added as soon as possible.
Overall
Anyone with a small to medium business should try the software. We have over 450 students and have plenty of room to grow.
