Downloaded fine. Is compatible with a Mac.

My experience has been that this software was completely oversold. It did not perform at all to the expected capabilities. Way too many prompts when trying to make a change to an entry or even make a data entry. It is not user friendly. I have had other software that did the job much more efficient without frustration. My employees did not like it either. Major frustration as after the 1st year I could not get any technical help at all either by phone or email. No response after a number of attempts for help.
Overall
I would not recommend this software to any studio. It has been a nightmare and a huge time/money waster!!

Pros
I believe this software has the capability to do a lot for my business...many features and fairly easy to use.
Cons
Because this software is new to my business, I ordered 90 minutes of phone support to help me out while I was still learning the software. I have tried to call 4 times in the last few months and have waited on the phone for at least 30 minutes before deciding to leave a message. I have left 3 messages. No one has EVER attempted to call me back. My business is depending on reliable software and reliable customer service.
Overall
I would NOT recommend this company. The software is not all that bad, but there are too many good dance studio software companies out there that will provide technical phone support when your business needs it.
