as our Organization is a non profit making one our activity ranges from from counseling and testing in which data produced from such activity are recorded by test result and as a result this output is reported to central head office from various branches.monthly,quarterly,semiannually and anual reports would be prepared for different stakeholders.monitoring&evaluation activity is also carried out on some scheduled basis

Overall

so we need a systematic software that enables us to record data generated from voluntary counseling and testing which one can easily retrieve and update and also that enable us to generate summary reports either in built in records or in customizable fashion so that we can easily manipulate with the maximum efficiency
