Very cost effective,
Easy to use, Rich graphical UI
Lot of features, still can do more to it
Cons
Need some more advancement on the customer support area in the near future
The patches shuld be made available for the minute errors which had occured in the Certo SQL website, so that every one can access it
Overall
I would say it is better than MY SQL and SQL server older versions
