Pros
After trying some of the really complicated systems that required on site training and a lot of expense. We thought we would try this inexpensive package that included Internet hosting and all the IT services. It has so many reports that can never use them all and collectors can get on and be using it in 15 minutes with no training. And it has great security so we can control our collectors so well they can even work from home. They even host so we dont have to buy a server or maintain any IT staff!!
Cons
It's Internet based so you need Internet to use it
Overall
Really our favorite thing is that we can have access to the system and that the deal anywhere from the home the field the i pad smart phone. I can take calls and have the debtor account up on my cell phone while eating dinner!

Pros
We've been using this software since the days of ms DOS then moved to the windows version and then the Internet version with out ever losing any data. Works great and the staff is friendly and gives personal service and listens to us
Cons
Tole free telephone Support is not 24 hours
Overall
We figured out we spend more on coffee there we do on our entire IT budget with the software

Pros
Can't think of any. Our agency has been using this product for over two years with nothing but trouble.
Cons
Sowtware is slow, lots of internal operating errors and very few features. Support does not help you. They say service is 10% of the purchase price annually then send you a bill for over 20% of the purchase price and tell you good luck, if you don't want to pay the going rate for support. Then they hold your data hostage under encryption and charge outragious fees to leave them.
Overall
Do not buy this software. It has been a nightmare for our agency. It has decreased our productivity since day one.
