Pros

This is simply the best and most user friendly system I have had the pleasure to use. I can't think of a single negative.

Overall

I would recommend this system to anyone looking for a fast, effective and user friendly tool to improve not only productivity, but also employee morale.

Pros

Ease of use; improvements on a daily system; the fact that the users are able to provide feedback to the creaters in order to improve the system for all users; internet based; strength of servers.

Cons

none (maybe the billing /trust needs to be worked on but that will be discussed in my next trip).

Overall

Without doubt, Casetracker has been the best purchase by my Firm. We have used it since 2005 and it has allowed my Firm to service our clients even when we were a smaller firm and has been a great tool in retention of clients. It is very easy to use and it was built for the practicing attorney in mind. In addition, if you have any ideas, Tom and Sandeep are always open to such ideas; the system is 100% than it was when I must started with it. To me, casetracker is the only option when it comes to collection litigation.

Pros

completely web based, I can access my accounts from any browser, easy to understand pages, document storage, allows for emailing or faxing from system, client access if desired, you can be up and running within 1 week depending on the volume of data you have to tranfer (they transfer your data for you) and it's not going to cost you a fortune

Cons

as far as I can see, there aren't any.

Overall

Call or register for an online demo, it's the best way to get a feel and to see this software in action
