Pros

great database for tracking collections; tracks case info with easy communication with clients who can access their cases; excellent hands on support

Cons

cannot calculate interest on accounts as of a prior or future date; document creation feature has not worked for us

Overall

would recommend because clients like tracking their files, possibly better for agencies/firms with collectors on phones than primarily litigation practice

Pros

completely web based, I can access my accounts from any browser, easy to understand pages, document storage, allows for emailing or faxing from system, client access if desired, you can be up and running within 1 week depending on the volume of data you have to tranfer (they transfer your data for you) and it's not going to cost you a fortune

Cons

as far as I can see, there aren't any.

Overall

Call or register for an online demo, it's the best way to get a feel and to see this software in action
