Pros
Taking the right business decisions at the right time and place is critical to the success of modern companies.
Fasma offers a wide oportunities for processing cases that can be used in the call center business. Cases can be structured in a variety of indicators so that you can use different strategies for collecting overdue. The system offers a variety of reports, which facilitate planning and maximum supervising the proceess.
The interface is intuitive and seamless could give a large amount of information to agents.
Fasma helped us to accomplish our business needs quickly and accurately. They have always met deadlines and have been forthcoming with adjustments and corrections when necessary.
Fasma provided services related to optimal implementation of Debt collection process. User friendly design, optimal solutions, full customization and support.
Cons
I can't find any cons-reasons against choosing FASMA as a partner.
Overall
I can recommend FASMA Debt Manager without any reservation.

Pros
DebtManager helped Topfactoring to start and increase its business.
During the first year, TopFactoring tripple its volume and operators.
All files, procedures, contracts and contacts were going in a clear single db, unique repository with history and reminders. The web accesibility brought a very big advantage for us.
Other good functionalities:
- workflows
- portfolio
- history
- reminders
- assignments, reassignments
- different rights for operators, supervisor, admin
- very good and clear reports
Cons
Only after the 2nd version, DebtManager had a connection with CTI, call center, SMS.
Overall
A perfect combination between price and functionalities.
It is perfect to start implementing and automatizing the business with a software application for a collection company.

Debt Manager ca aplicatie de recuperare este, in primul rand, usor de folosit atat de utilizatorul final cat si de seful de echipa (ca mijloc de urmarire a performantei per agent sau echipa). Facilitatile de interconectare cu alte aplicatii externe (ex: gestiune contabila sau telefonie) pot transforma, cu success, Debt Manager intr-o aplicatie centrala in companie.
Cons
Nu exista aplicatie "bug-free", iar Debt Manager nu face exceptie de la regula. Din aceasta cauza recomandam existenta unui administrator de aplicatie pentru a interveni atat in partea de diagnoza (in caz de instabilitate) cat si pe partea de suport (in caz de erori).
Overall
Aplicatia Debt Manager reprezinta o alegere buna prin prisma raportului calitate - facilitati / pret.
