Pros

Quite simple and easy to set up.. Up and running in minutes and not many steps to get you entering patient and family iformation and billing.

Cons

None... it handles well and is easy to navigate

Overall

I would highly recommend it if you don't care for complicated softwares. This may not be the most beautiful looking software but it is quite intuitive and easy to use.
