I HAVE HAD THIS SOFTWARE AND ALL THE UPDATES SINCE 1995. IT IS EASY FOR THE STAFF TO USE, AND SAVES ME TIME AND MONEY. IT IS ACCURATE AND IS THE ONLY SOFTWARE THAT WOULD FIT THE NEEDS OF A PEDO-ORTHO DENTAL PRACTICE

A lot of error messages pop up and if there is a problem you have to call tech support and sometimes the technicians can't help you solve the issue. They have to get back to you because they have to talk with the programers. They don't always answer the phone. You have to consistently call them to get a person on the phone other wise you are supposed to leave a message. You also have to constantly update the program. We got this program in March and it's now April and I have called the technicians a lot. A program shouldn't take up a receptionist time like that. I admit it is easy to use, but what's the point if there are error messages popping up and you can't get any work done like that. Before we bought this program we were told of all the great benefits we would be getting but they did no inform us that the program was going to have many issues...they also did not let us know that tech support was not included. It is very frustrating that we were misinformed about the program.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. If you are thinking about it please ask questions before you buy it 1. When we got the demo the seller of Ace assured us that Ace Program was compatible with Vista. Well when we got the program it wasn't..They lied. 2. As we looked at the demo we noticed that some things didn't work and it had a lot of error messages. Well the seller assured us again that once we bought the program it wasn't going to be that way. He said it had a lot of error messages because it was just a demo. Well once we got the program that was not the case. The program still had a lot of error messages. We bought this program and after a month of buying it we were surprised of the things we were being told We were never told from the start the tech support was not included in the fee.We feel betrayed and lied to. We trusted we were getting a good program, But it certainly did not tun out that way!!! Please reconsider if you want to buy this program.
