Overall

In the 2+ years that we've had this program we've had major issues from the start. In that entire time only part of one of our problems have been solved.

If this program came with good customer support, it could be a workable, if basic, solution to a DAM problem. As it is, if I could I would give this program zeros for both Customer Support and Ease of Implementation.

Though cheap this program is not worth the price.

Pros

The software is feature-rich and easy to use. It looks great online and serves simple needs well.

Cons

The customer support is non-existent. I had issues with file types not uploading correctly and could not get a straight answer from the support person. I say person because it is literally one person, or maybe a couple of people. I then had issues with them double-billing the company card on a month to month basis. Months of emails and phone calls went unheeded until we cancelled the card and had the credit company reverse the charges. A terse, unsubstantial email finally arrived from Lush saying they would take the site down and cancel the account. We canceled the credit card but the site is still up and running several months later even though we don't use it and we were told it would be removed. Useless.

Overall

It doesn't matter how cheap something is, if it isn't supported it isn't worth it. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.
