Pros
Great customer support. Reliable service. Easy access to support via phone or online chat.
Cons
System seems to move a little slow. This could be our internet line.
Overall
Solid company. Trained employees. Convenient service network. Great system for the non-techinical person. Nice tech support.

Pros
In a manner of a few short weeks, we were fully up and running on Widen. It was a seamless switch and we extended our user base instead of loosing users during this time.
Cons
There were very few issues if any. I only disliked the Shopping cart analogy as people wondered if they needed to pay.
Overall
Highly Recommend Widen! They are a feature rich, and wonderful service to work with. The account managers and Implementation consultants were awesome and we never skipped a beat.

Incredibly intuitive interface, easy to set up and administrate.

Shoppin cart model confusing to users who think they are going to be charged.
