Pros
Great team collaboration product. Very helpful for tracking tasks and noting things planned in the future so you don't lose them when don't have time to complete immediately.
Cons
Sometimes hard to find which workspace/folder something is stored in (although great search tools are available if you know what to search for).
Overall
Highly recommended. Great product at a reasonable price!

Pros
Accessible from any location that has internet.
Excellent way to keep projects organized.
Excellent for keeping documents stored and sorted properly.
Good for collaborating with clients, exchanging documents and keeping communication open.
Cons
Sometimes it runs a little slow, but that may be our office internet connection.
I wish there were more "drag & drop" features to move files around within the workspaces.
Overall
Excellent product - excellent support. Our company highly recommends Central Desktop.

Pros
I use CD multiple times daily for calendar, document reference, research collaboration, secure data storage, and personal use areas. I could not survive without it! I also find the ability to email discussions and documents to convenient online storage a big help. And the flash viewer lets me quickly browse files without having to download files and open word or ppt every time just to get a quick look.
Cons
requires my IT department to avoid accidentally blocking it on web access
Overall
Highly recommend this for any team that needs to get organized and out from under a pile of saved emails!

Pros
"If you can't fight 'em, join 'em" is CD's philosophy about email, and it is brilliant in its simplicity and implementation. An extra minute at the beginning of an email discussion pays huge benefits over the long term and reduces the burden on everyone to be librarians!
They also get high marks from me for responding to, and then implementing, suggestions for new features. I've introduced CD to 3 companies and even have a personal account for my portfolio.
Cons
There have been minor glitches along the way, but none last long enough to be significant. (CD's tech support is very prompt and professional.)
Overall
Highest marks. Especially if you're starting a new company or group, I recommend Central Desktop as a great way to collect input and organize yourselves.
