Pros: What I love most about this software is how easy it is to create gorgeous proposals that convert like crazy. Also, the ability to tie in esignature with payment seamlessly is incredible (both through CC and ACH).

Cons: I wish that the wysiwyg editor included CSS and other style elements to create an even more beautiful proposal (think parallax).

Overall: It has given me the professional face on my proposals that I have wanted/needed and found missing on every other proposal software tried - it also allows me to create and mix and match modules quickly for professional yet personal proposals. Lastly, the ability to send a personalized video is killer. I close about 90% off all proposals that I send with a video.

The end result product is great, however customer service is majorly lacking.

Pros: Makes it very efficient to send proposals with required entry fields. Once the template is created, it is fast and easy to send to various clients.

Cons: Customer service was slim to non-existent. They have a "chat" function on their website but it's not really a chat. You enter a question and it shows that the representative has been inactive for 20 minutes. I had to request someone call me to walk me through how to use the program.

Overall: Able to efficiently send a contract to many clients.

Pros: I love love love the template database there are alwaus documents readily available that can be customized to meet my exact needs.

Cons: I would like to see the ability to edit or cut paste improve today's document changes are not very forgiving no easy way to undo and re do

Overall: Official document professional look and feel for my customer transactios

I like the product especially the contract template it allows me to spin up a new contract quick.

Pros: I like the ability to spin up a new templated contract
I like the ability to see who viewed what
I like the ability to setup custom templated fields in a template
I like the ability to remind participants.

Cons: At times it's a bit confusing if the right signatures are setup in the system.
The panel switching for the fields and nav sometimes seems to lock up a bit.

We just made the switch and it's the best thing we did!

Pros: Everything. Our proposals are fool proof now for our sales team. They just drag and drop the components of the proposal to make it 'custom' and we can see everything right there.

Pros: How easy it is to use it! It's very user-friendly and it speeds up the process of sending and signing documents. Our sales team loves it. In addition, you get to activities such as who opened the document and where they spent most of their time. It's a great piece of info to have, as it discovers what's their main problem/question.

Overall: Easier sales process, faster response, clients' delight, etc. Option to create templates is super handy. After you create one proposal you can use it over and over with ease. Clients like it as it's making it simple for them to review and sign the documents.
At this point, I have no complaints about it. It's very effective and easy to use. The learning curve is short so you can learn how to master it in just a few hours.

Pros: This helps streamline our proposal process from creating the design in Word to now hanging a drag and drop easy to use content library to pull in necessary components.

Pros: PandaDoc has helped us with our document organization, RFP's, client management. It links into our CRM which is amazing.

Cons: Developing templates can be tricky. When you download a PDF you cannot assign the fields which is a bit limiting.

Pros: I appreciate the versatility in design so that my documents promote my brand while accomplishing their intended function. I also value the many available integrations that help to support productivity and efficiency.

Cons: The integrations don't always work quite as smoothly as I would prefer, but PandaDoc listens well and continues to make improvements.

Overall: It helps me to streamline our proposal process while delivering an easy-to-follow platform for both staff and clients. Having the assurance that the eSignatures are certified and legal gives me confidence that my company and clients are well-protected.

Replaced very expensive Docusign with this. Easy to setup and use. I migrated from Docusign.......

Pros: Great functionality and different options. Great flexibility. Love the content library. Love love love the integration with Hubspot (can you now make an invoice system that does the same).

Cons: Customer support. I want to call someone instantly if I have a major problem. Its complicated by nature. I do like the videos, but I do want to have an account manager that I call for help.

Overall: Docusign. Being able to send this across the nation and get a legal signature and response to a contract or proposal anytime.

PandaDoc has greatly reduced the time we spend creating quotes and license agreements.

Pros: I love that it is integrated with our CRM and quotes are not just easily created, but they are stored in our CRM and easily accessed and modified.

Cons: We were hoping to be able to automatically create a license agreement based on the information from the quote but that has not been possible.

Overall: It has drastically cut the time it takes us to build the documents.

Pros: Digital signature ability is the best and being able to reuse our templates quickly. We're able to switch out our templates fast once we got them created.

Cons: PDF download gets distorted. Sometimes, it's tough to download as a pdf and make sure the proposal isn't distorted at all.

Overall: Speed, you get more proposals out quicker!

Pros: PandaDoc gave us a great tool to create sales quotes that were custom to our business. It was great to have the option to brand our documents. as well. The mobile app is very easy to use and tracking quotes has been very valuable. Overall, very happy with this platform.

Cons: The integration with Insightly could be a little better. The document name does not transfer to Insightly. All are posted with the generic template name. PandaDoc could also provide better a better search engine. I would like to search by the name of the person it was sent to or their email address. I would also like to see it use our business email server for all sent emails. Sometimes the PandaDoc email ends up in the SPAM folder.

Fantastic customer support with one on one calls. Panda doc is very aesthetically pleasing.

Pros: Love how simple and beautiful it looks! Love the customer support and chat feature. Really like how you can integrate additional payment features and add ins.

Cons: It could be more user friendly, it took us a while to figure out how to insert boxes and some mistakes would make us start all over again.

PandaDocs has literally changed our work life and made our processes so much easier!

Pros: So many pre-populated templates to choose from - takes all of the guesswork out of what to put in say, a social media marketing proposal, or what details should be included in a web design proposal. It saves SO much time not having to go through and write these; we just personalize each one to each client and we're done!

Cons: If we have PandaDoc open for awhile in our browser, it tends to hand and slow up our machines; a few months ago, it actually kept crashing our computers, but that seems to be resolved for the most part now.

Overall: Such an enormous time saver - well worth the money!

Pros: The Ease of use has been key to successfully implementing this in our processing. The customer can sign from their cell phone or desktop with little instruction from us. I like that I can save my signed apps on PDF file. It has been a big step towards our agency moving paperless. Pandadoc saves so much time and energy completing a sale on the spot. This gives us more time to sell and has increased our bottom line. We are a small agency and the cost of pandadoc is reasonable vs the competition.

Overall: Save time and money.

Pros: Fairly easy to use, the drag and drop feature is very user-friendly
The library is nice for organization
The live "chat" feature is really nice.

Cons: For an admin, the sorting function on the dashboard could be easier.
Saving price charts from a proposal into a contract is a multistep process that is cumbersome.
The contact library would be better if users could only see their contacts (competitive sales people)

Overall: Great organization and tracking for our Sales Team and their Management. Integration with Pipedrive and the tokens are a great time saver.

Pros: Able to create a great experience for our customers and prospects. Easy for me to manage and update.

Cons: Once a document expires, I have to resend it rather that just being able to "activate the doc". Sometimes the notifications dont work. Sometimes I get notified when a deal is closed and sometimes I dont....all from the same template and settings.

PandaDoc is an easy, professional way to send proposals to clients.

Pros: Ease of use and connection through Salesforce. It is imparative that we caputre this information and are able to share it among staff - PandaDoc has made that easier than ever.

Cons: The image on the coverpage constantly changes itself. We have every single template set to the same background and it changes upon opening the document.

So far, so good. It has met about 90% of my needs. Good customer service and easy to use.

Pros: The field drag-and-drop feature is great because it allows me to quickly format a document. I also like how it shows you how much time the client spent on each page of the document. There are many other awesome business-related features I'm aware of, but have not had the chance to implement.

Cons: I wish there was an option where I could put the same field in the same place on each page of the document, just like in DocuSign.

Overall: I can store my signed documents online.

When searching for proposal software I review at least 10 providers. PandaDoc is the most elite!

Pros: I like all of the features. It's easy to use and our clients have no issues using their system either.

Cons: Sometimes creating a template can cause a bit of a headache. The features are difficult to navigate at first and takes some getting used to.

Pros: The main benefit we have had is the ability to view analytics on clients opening the documentation. this has assisted in us knowing how hot or cold the client is in the buyer's journey.

Cons: We have overall loved the system however, the main issues have been formatting issues occurring often, font issues, and freezing due to being web based.

Pros: Presentation ... Good for some of our customer communications/formwork. Does the job but have cut down usage due to deficiencies in other areas.

Cons: Quoting is very painful Have given up on trying to use price list/catalogue feature as the workflow is too cumbersome. We have reduced user account as a result as it too difficult for our small salesforce to use effectively. We have provided a youtube screencast with suggested improvements previously. .. That was quite a while ago not seen any changes since.

Overall: Sending of shipping 'Authority to Leave' forms.

Pros: It is easy to tell when a customer has viewed a contract and it is great at keeping track of who has signed and who has not. The audit feature is also great in helping with that aspect.

Cons: Sometimes the token tools do not download correctly when saving as a pdf. This is very meaningless when it comes to the overall success of this product.

Pros: Clients Love the professionalism and we love that we don't have to chase every paper quote as it prompts the client to sign and pay :)

Cons: If email is wrong there is no warning returned.
Can't delete a deal from within Pipedrive Extension.

Overall: Less time chasing to see if we have won.

Pros: Document builder is easy to use and very useful once you migrate all your files. The interface is slick and users seem to enjoy it.

Cons: If you add a page when creating a template from an uploaded pdf, you can't remove it and have to start over.

If you have legal documents and a recipient needs to redline it, they can't download a word version of the file to do so.

Pandadocs enables me to scale my business and reduce the time to manage our sales process.

Pros: The ability to setup standard text blocks, products, and pricing tables greatly reduces the time to prepare a proposal. Add to that the analytics, which lets me know when the document was opened, how much was read, etc., I can understand what is working and not working in my proposals.

Cons: I wish the software would integrate with more software packages, as I use Workflow Max for managing my job costs.

Overall: Ease and simplicity in preparing quotes. It also make my sales process more sustainable, by enabling my VA to create proposal drafts with minimal effort.

PandaDoc has changed the way we pitch and present. Real value, right away. Don't miss out.

Pros: Connections to other outlets, organizing and projecting projects needing to be done. We as a company have been able to track more users and leads from our website and transferred those into sales.

Cons: Sometimes it has not updated when I typed a long note or didn't keep right details thought I entered.

Pros: Analytics and feedback relative to the proposals is great. Also really like the clean and highly professional feel to the software

Cons: I would really like to see some additional editing and review pieces added, specifically related to commenting in specific locations and red/green lines of edits.

Pros: Convenience-factor. It's super easy to create docs, duplicate & edit and keep track of pending actions.

Cons: It's not easy to copy paste into a sharing environment. Often times, I need feedback from the lawyer or CEO and it's not easy to collaborate.

Overall: Time saver. Looking to have the company be paper-free within 18mo.

Pros: The ability to have required fields, signatures and also include an email is great. I like that it tracks what still needs to be filled out.

Cons: that the fields pop up 5 pages below where you want them to be. That you can't resend without assigning things again in edit mode. That I have to sign an agreement before it is sent. I'd like to be able to sign it after the other person does.

Overall: online signatures means less paper work and the templates make it all go faster than using Word.

Pros: How it's easy to build a perfect looking document without any knowledge in graphic design. Everything you need is just a click away.

Cons: Sometimes, there is a lack of latitude when you want to do a more personalized document but it's normal when you want to build an easy UX saas.

Pros: Being able to use drafts for proposals in an easy way.
Being able to send the documents directly on the app and to have electronic signature.
Being able to customize your document

Cons: The fact you cannot use "blocs or other features if you are not on premium accounts. Some functionalities seem crucial to a well functioning software, but only accessible on premium.
For example, we don't use many templates because we don't have access to content bloc/library to choose from so we just copy a document and make the changes.

Overall: Faster to create proposals.

Pros: My favorite part of PandaDoc is the catalog. We can drag and drop items from the catalog to quickly create contracts and proposals. We've closed more business because we can produce proposals and get them signed so fast. It also allows us to create beautiful looking documents online. We also like Stripe integration because we can take payments at the same time the contract is approved.

Cons: We've had a little trouble adjusting the order of our email notifications and approvals, but one of our staff is working on this with PandaDoc support.

Overall: We close business faster and at a higher rate and we get paid more quickly.

Pros: easy to use, nice layout, the templates are also easy to create

Cons: sometimes the font changing or size changing of the text doesn´t work (it´s quite irritating when that happens)

Overall: faster contract, proposal and other templates drafting
I have reduced more than 50% of the time I spent in editing these documents

Digitalization and tracking of all of the paper in my post-sale life is a dream!

Salesforce field mapping and in-CRM document creation
Reminders for signatures

Cons: It's difficult to bulk download proprietary documents - have to do this one by one
Some fields (like checkboxes) don't shift properly when blocks are moved
Importing a PDF imports it basically as an image file - ie, you can't manipulate content within the PDF within Pandadoc.

Pros: I was looking for something that tied in correctly with Zoho CRM, if you're trying to build a custom quote software for Zoho this is the add-on you need.

Cons: Some of the integration can be a bit wonky but there are simple work-arounds for it. There should be the ability to spawn multiple quotes easier.

Overall: First piece of software that actually shows costing

I appreciate the ease of creating new documents with templates, and use of the library.

Pros: What I like best about Panda doc is the simplicity and ease of use. The templates are easy to build, and once created and sent to respondents, the workflow tracking helps ensure we don't miss any signatures.

Cons: Fluidity of the template boxes are sometimes not easy to insert, signer names at times do not populate.

Pros: The client-editable quotes are awesome.

The UI is good (UX needs some work, below).

Content re-use is great.

Love the signing and notifications.

Cons: Clunky interface (pretty, but not smooth). Makes it hard for us to get work done sometimes because we're waiting for the interface or having to move things around because they jump. The design philosophy and UI are great, but the UX leaves a little to be desired. Also, some refinements like keyboard shortcuts, maybe a favorite or most used bar.

In addition, we'd love more integrations. We're big into Google Apps, I'd love calendar linking that told us when we sent something (calendar item), when it expires (calendar item), etc.

The lack of sorting options, and default sorts that "stick" in the documents/ templates list is killing us. Open a folder, wait, sorted by default (age? Which is the least helpful when dealing with dozens/hundreds of docs). Sort by name. Wait.

Would be AMAZING to be able to set "sort by [name] [date] [recent] [X] as default" so we don't have to resort and reload every single time we go looking for a document. For heavy users, this is a real burden, wasting time waiting for the product to be usable, instead of doing work.

It's a good standalone product and helps a lot when we have a document built and send out multiple versions. Building documents is still a little clunky. And some of those "native" integrations such as calendar would be great, to make it less standalone.

Overall: Quoting is great with it, which helps a lot in many of our transations.

Pros: I like the integration with Pipedrive best. Pandadoc is great for small nonprofits for us on price and integration with low cost CRM. We also like the look and feel to the end user.

Pros: I like that I can combine a brochure with product info and pricing with agreements and forms that our customers need to fill out and sign. The chat feature is a plus.

Cons: The limitations with regard to creativity and design. I'd like more flexibility and freedom with the layout. To be able to place images, customize tables more, and place content with complete freedom like with adobe or word. The cover page in particular is severely limited. Currently there is no ability to alter the size of an image, which is pretty much a standard in most platforms. This is random, but the help button also sits on the documents list and prevents you from deleted or modifying the documents at the bottom of the list. Lastly, do clients have the option of downloading a proposal or signed agreement? I've yet to experience that feature.

Overall: Our clients prefer digital content, like that they can always go back to the proposal to review info, content, and dialogue without searching for an email. Increases efficiency and reduces costs by reduced printing.

Absolutely love Pandadoc. I can provide high quality proposal in just a few minutes.

Pros: The drag n drop interface is great and makes it easy to manage templates. Haven't used beyond single licence but signing experience is also a plus. Nice security, definitely you program but better than most out there.

Cons: Limited functionality without coding knowledge. Autoformating isn't great. Over priced by a factor of 4.4x and customer service is almost non existent.

I use Panda Doc almost daily between HR paperwork for remote employees and signing docs.

Cons: I think additional tutorials may help. My partner did not understand the platform at all. Although I found it quite intuitive I found myself needing to explain it to him quite a. Bit.

Pros: It is easy to use and makes sending proposals very easy. I like using the templates and the tokens. I like getting notified when someone has opened the proposal. I like sending reminders to people - of course, wish that could be automated on the pro version.

Cons: Some of the fields don't dynamically update. I wish someone could choose their price and the proposal would update accordingly. PandaDoc needs to integrate with quickbooks and other software for accounting. PandaDoc also doesn't work well for subscription business, which we are in.

Overall: Can quickly send proposals and track when someone has viewed the proposals.

Cons: Inability to organize many documents over time well.

Overall: I've used PandaDoc for about 7 months and it has certainly helped streamline our proposal process. It is very easy to use with the drag and drop features and easy to keep brand standards since the onboarding includes setting this up with PandaDoc staff throughout your whole subscription. My only complaint is its organization. After using it for only 7 months we have so many proposals, some won, some lost, some internal, some never sent. You can delete them, and you can organize into folders, but there is no way to archive or combine folders without uncoupling everything and starting from scratch with a new organizational method that works for you.

Recommendations to other buyers: I've recommended this to our clients so it can't be awful!

Comments: We have been using Pandadoc for over 2 years now. We use it for sending service orders to our customers once we complete our IT service jobs. It is stable and user friendly. Our customers have no problem using pandadoc and it is easy for even non-technical users to use and sign the pdf.

Cons: it doesn't work

Overall: We used it for a surveying company and I am extremely disappointed. We are based in the UK.

Although the so-called support seem very friendly before you sign up I've been telling them about the following bugs which have yet not been resolved 2 months after notifying them.

*The document does not save spelling mistake changes.
*The document does not register the space bar so my typing is one continuous line of text when I look up at the screen.
* Various other things like adding pictures - when you upload them and they are straight their system uploads the pics so they are sideways..??
Its really annoying and I'm seriously frustrated as i paid upfront for the whole year!
They say they are looking into it, two months later I've contacted them many times and nothing.

I would not sign up again based on my experience, there are a few other options we are going to look in to for next year now. I am really disappointed the idea is great.. Sorry panda doc. I hope you take note of this... Im speaking out-out of annoyance you've caused me...

Overall: I have been using Pandadoc for a while now and it works amazingly. I am able to have a clear view of my pipeline and can pull different metrics as and when needed. Pros: Ease of use for the lead to sign the document. Also how fast the proposal gets sent out when you hit "send".

Cons: The design editor of the proposal software is limited. We are a design agency and we would love to have the ability to customize the look and feel of the proposal more using custom code.

Overall: We moved over to PandaDoc and have been pleased with the difference! Though there are a few features that we would love to see added the platform as it is performs great and is very intuitive for most every user.

Cons: I wish it had a few more excel type abilities like being able to add lines wherever I would like rather than having to drag it up from the bottom. I also wish it had a total column for figures.

Overall: I started using PandaDoc a year ago for all of my Purchase Orders for our construction company. It was ideal in that I could customize it to my specific needs very easily. It was easy to learn, easy to organize, I'm able to view it on my phone on the go, and my vendors and sub-contractors can easily navigate it from their end, as well. I did a lot of research and found that PandaDoc, for the price, is by far the best product I found for our needs. When I first started I would send Chat requests for help and always had a response within minutes. They genuinely listened to me and helped with all of my needs. They even changed some of their programmings for a specific need I had. I would highly recommend PandaDoc and actually, do recommend it whenever I get the chance. Thank you, PandaDoc.

Pros: Easy document creation with drag and drop pre-saved components. Price list and templates are great. Like how can make some line items optional with a check box.

Cons: Price high if not getting the most out of it. Customers who are used to just receiving an email attachment had trouble reconciling it and very few used the digital signature feature, so was too much for us to spend for just a good document creator.

Overall: Easy to make a proposal with templates and price lists. I could often do one in 5 minutes. Love the feature to make line items optional with a checkbox. Also love the feature to make form fields required or not. Great product with great potential, therefore I've given it mostly 5 stars. That being said, I've moved onto something else for the time being due to the cost for something that just really does one thing being high for a small business. Built in CRM, project management, etc would make it more viable. Also seemed hit or miss as to whether clients "received" the files, though I'm sure this was on the client end. As a residential/commercial contractor, not everyone in our customer base is tech savvy, so our industry customer base will need to catch up also to make viable. Our staff ended up just sending a PDF version as attachment most the time which negates read receipt features that make the software great. Also, very few clients used the digital signature feature. "Ease of use" for client could be better, therefore, but can see as a great tool in a more technology oriented customer base.

Pros: Time Saving.

Cons: It could be easier to make and edit templates.

Overall: We are really happy with PandaDoc. It has made sending and sharing our proposal documents so much easier and made our contract sending and collecting a dream process.
It also now integrates really well with our Sales CRM product Base.
When certain features of the API integration didn't work straight away, from your support team could not have been more helpful in resolving the issues.
So overall, we are having an excellent experience with PandaDoc.

Recommendations to other buyers: Keep updating it based on feedback and it will become even better, but it is currently very good.

Comments: I got tired of using PDFs to get documents signed - dealing with email, attachments, having to print/file the PDF afterward - not to mention helping non-technical customers sign and return it to you in the first place. So I tried PandaDoc and it has really streamlined the creation, signing, and management of documents I need to be signed. It's integrated with my CRM so with a click of a button I can generate a Panda document from my template with customer info already filled in. Works for me!

Pros: Library of contracts to customize creates a great jumping-off point. Send and receive your contract through the software so you know as soon as it's been read/signed/returned.

Cons: The only downside I can see is the library of contracts is relatively small, though what can you expect? Contracts are incredibly specific, which is usually why lawyers are used to pursuing all the inane options - I imagine this will grow as the software grows over time.

Overall: I started an inspection app last year and found PandaDoc to be an awesome resource for creating contracts, emailing them to clients, and then finding out when they were signed. It's easy to use and pretty intuitive. I would have been lost without it for sure as I had no idea where to start in order to create contracts and bids - the library of options to customize was a HUGE help.

Overall: For my Retainer Proposals, I cut the time to deliver a proposal from 6 hours down to 2 hours by using PandaDoc. I now send out NDAs in 10 minutes. And the quality of the Proposals projects a professional, savvy image - "If I can do this for me, think what I can do for you." I can tell when they've been read when they've been signed, and I have a legal document that sets the deliverables and the payment schedules, even though I don't collect payments via PandaDoc because I prefer to do that using my Zoho Books accounting s/w. I like the integration with Zoho CRM, that's part of the time-saving features of PandaDoc, but it's Chrome only, although I hear that Zoho is working on a direct integration. I've attended every one of PandaDoc's excellent webinars, and have learned how to extend the look of my finished documents using CSS. All-in-all, a great product. One knock is on pricing - Professional Edition is reasonably priced, geared to the single user, but limited to 5 different templates. To overcome that, one would need to jump to the higher-priced Business Edition, which wouldn't be a problem but it requires a 5-user minimum, which then puts it out of reach of the average sole practitioner. I wish they would increase the 5-template limit on the Professional. Other than that, it's a time-saver that helps me every day.

Recommendations to other buyers: Spend sufficient time up front designing your look and creating your content - that's the secret to speedy proposal generation - having the look and the content ready to use.

Comments: PandaDoc has definitely improved our internal workflow when sending and retrieving contracts. I am hoping for some improvement on the mobile side of things since I engage with PD on my mobile device 90% of the time and it is a bit clunky. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Would like to set the documents with one SIZE font throughout....but I need to change size in every block of text.

Overall: I have always had someone to reach at support. They are on the ball.
I have asked for features in the past and I have seen that they kept them on their 'list to do'...and they have been done. There are some restrictions on the features but overall for the quality and price, I am happy.

Pros: I love being able to create ready to go templates for proposals and contracts that I use often. It also makes the proposals look BEAUTIFUL.

Cons: 1) Sometimes when I'm editing a document, it bugs out. Like it will delete text or rearrange text or won't create an unordered list in the correct way. When this happens, I close out of the window and come back to it.
2) when I send contracts out to people through panda, it typically ends up in their spam folder because it's coming from a panda email that is being flagged as spam. I usually have to download the document and send it which kind of defeats the purpose of using the software

Overall: I use PandaDoc to create proposals and contracts for my company. It's pretty easy to use (especially over the last few months). I love the templates you can create, from full documents all the way to small pieces that you can drag into another document. My only two problems: 1) It gets a little buggy sometimes and doesn't do what I want when editing a document 2) when I send contracts out, they usually end up in someone's spam folder.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you could implement a way to track comments and changes by each user (like Microsoft word or google docs) then this would be a bad option.

Pros: The ease of use

Cons: If the main signer has changed within a company, it's difficult to remove that person from the original document. Usually, our documents take a while to create and it would be nice to have an easier way to remove the old signer from receiving the document again.

Overall: PD is easy to use, it only took me a few minutes to get started and start using it to its fullest. The integration with Hubspot is amazing and saves so much time. Can't wait to see what new features Pandadoc comes out with the future!

Comments: I've used PandaDoc for almost 2 years and it works well enough, but there are a few things I'd change. I have had documents submitted that don't show up for several days. I would like to be able to view the full name of recipients instead of initials (which is something that has changed recently). Pros: People signing contracts and it's integration into SFDC.

Cons: Functionality- too much to say. I've given feedback in the past as well. When this offers all the features that docusign offers- then you've got a great product.

Overall: PandaDoc has a lot of room for growth; it simply does not have the ease of the other e-sig vendors and I've used them all. While a lot of features are just released/on the roadmap- we've been using it for a year and it's been a tough ride. Looking forward to this being comparable to the other leaders in this space.

Cons: Found it a little hard to make a template the way we wanted it to look, so we just upload our current proposals into Panda Docs

Overall: We use Panda Docs mainly to send out contracts to our customers. We are a painting contracting company that does a good deal of business and we send out 40 or so proposals or contracts a week. We already have estimating software that creates a very professional proposal, so we just upload that proposal to Panda Docs and then drop in a signature and date line on the contract page for the customer to complete. It's quick and easy to do and we like how simple the process is. It is very helpful to get an email when one of my customers opens my proposal as it allows me to follow up with them more strategically. One of the best features of Panda Docs is letting the customer sign my contract electronically and having it come straight back to me via email. My customers don't have to receive my email with my proposal as an attachment, print it, sign it, scan it and then email it back to me. That takes a lot of time and makes it harder to complete the contract. In today's world of doing things on the fly, Panda Docs fits right in. I tell customers that they can sign my contract from their phone all the time. Anything that saves me time and makes it easier to get my contracts signed and returned is worth the money.

There are some really frustrating buggy things that happen but we tend to find workarounds.

Cons: If I had to pick *something*, maybe the workflow process could be more robust. I would also love it to integrate better with Highrise, our CRM.

Overall: For a long time, we were handling our customer contracts by creating a digital document, faxing it to our customers for signature, and then having them fax it back to us for our records. Managing this process was time-consuming and since it was all done via fax and email, it was a real pain for follow-up. We had looked into several solutions for document creation and management, but none seemed to quite do everything that we needed.

We stumbled across PandaDoc in our research and have not turned back. Their online document creation tools were already best in class when we started and have been improved regularly since we started with them about 2 years ago. The ability to upload documents created with a program like Word or Pages and set them up for signature has also been key. But I think most of all I LOVE the way they've set up e-sign. It's fast, convenient, easy, and works in nearly every case we've had in the last two years.

We've expanded beyond project contracts and now run almost everything that needs a signature through this system. Their service is top-notch, they provide a lot of value for the money, and I have not regretted our purchase...ever.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this product to nearly any business.

Cons: I don't like the way some images are managed in the system. Sometimes requires some photoshopping, to get them "just right."

Overall: We needed a digital document management tool and PandaDoc hit all the marks. After trying DocuSign, we realized that PandaDoc had more flexibility and overall better usability for our team. We see clients signing contracts twice as fast as they had before and it is really easy for our sales team to use, with minimal training. I'm sure there are functionalities that we'd like to see added in time, and PandaDoc seems to offer the most flexibility to add those "extras" as you go, and become more comfortable with the platform.

Overall: PandaDoc has become an integral part of our business operations. The technological features, continual upgrades and enthusiasm are all reasons why we continue to support and use the service. Since this is a "review" that hopefully someone will read and acknowledge, I want to make clear that we are very happy with PandaDoc.. but since you are requesting feedback, I hope the following is taken into consideration. Please note that these are all points that have been previously expressed to PandaDoc/QuoteRoller staff:

1) Dashboard: Show us how we are doing. What % are we closing, simple reporting and graphs, etc. This is simple stuff most of your competitors are doing.

2) Win/Loss (In relation to #1): We NEED a button to track LOST proposals... along with a text/dropdown box to document the reason for "failure". Similarly, we need a WIN button. We have a TON of customers that either (a) refuse to e-sign or (b) can't for whatever reason.

3) Proposal Follow ups: Thank you for the recent upgrade to add this functionality. But it is very generic. There needs to be a sense of customization for the customer.

4) Email hosting: This is one of the biggest complaints I receive from customers. The typical scenario is: We have an email conversation ongoing about a project.. then a random PandaDoc email/proposal off-thread is sent (even with forewarning to expect said random email).. and then it's difficult for the customer to search for said random email down the line because it's not from "me". I understand you want to control email opens, etc. But, a link to the page where the proposal is hosted (as an alternative to the current process) would be a hugely effective sales tool to allow the sales team to stay "in thread" and continue the conversation organically.
PS. We've been using your service for about a year and a half. We have sent approximately 2,500 proposals. I can probably count on 2 hands that number of customers that have used the "comments" functionality. 99.9% of customers simply reply to the email.. which then creates a disjointed conversation since inevitably people are not CC'd and I return to the point I started to make at the beginning of this paragraph.

5) Sales Team Control: Related to a few points above. Reporting, reminders, etc can be useful per employee.

Comments: Choosing Pandadoc for proposals and quoting, was a good decision that my company made almost a year ago. There's no complicated setup or special training to be able to use it. The customer service is very friendly. You can track how many times a document was seen, and by whom, among other excellent features. Although they are still fixing a few bugs on their formatting, they are open to suggestions of what will make a better experience for all of their customers.

Pros: Very Adaptive, constantly evolving and ease of use.

Cons: Some formatting, you cannot customize to your exact needs.

Overall: PandaDoc has been a great tool so far for the company I work for. I am a one man (more or less) quoting team for the US, Mexico, and Canada so it is crucial that no time is wasted jumbling around formatting paragraphs and content each time. Before the company was cut and paste, using an old quote but modifying the customer name etc. which was inevitable to have mistakes and wrong content within the quote. Now with a blank template and a sidebar to put in information is a surefire way to decrease mistakes and quicken the process of completing a quote.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you can think of a feature that Pandadoc needs or should have, it is either in progress or the team is open ears and will implement your idea so don't shy away based on the user interface.

Pros: -Base CRM Integration: prefilled fields
-Customized templates
-Insights on when customers see documents

Cons: -Only English
-No responsive app (it's a read only app)
-No alignment tools in table to put fields inside rows

Overall: We are able to quote way more customers than ever before. It completely changed the way I do business, in short, PandaDoc helped me make more money this year. Even if there are some missing features that I'd like to see: french translation, customized messages for expirations, alignment tools for fields, field validations, better and real responsive mobile app, the return of push notifications in the app, Panda is still far away from any competitor.

Pros: Easy to use, nice look and feel of proposals. Integrations with CRM and Zapier...

Cons: Pricing Table flesibility must improve. More fields, more multiplication factors, More taxes, More discount, uplifts...

Overall: I have been using Pandadoc for Proposals since 6 months from now. I love the platform. Just missing some better features on pricing tables that would allow transport of cell values from one table to another inside the same document. Also some additional Multiplication Factors, like Taxes and Discounts, Uplifts, Markups would help in order to build pricing. Overall, verfy impressed with progress so far...but Pricing Tables must improve.
