The software was easy to use and looked nice when it worked

They sold me an 8 year old computer to go with it - yes, Scanq sold me an 8 year old computer! They put a copy of Windows on it that MS tells me is unlicensed. They refused to do anything. I had my computer guy get me a good copy of it, and then ScanQ's software wanted to be reactivated - at a cost of $250! Even when I pointed out that this was all their fault, they insisted that they "don't make mistakes." I've sent a letter to the BSA and Microsoft about their practices. I just hope my CC will let me dispute back four months.
Overall
Stick to a real company that sells new hardware with their software and actually supports it.
