Pros
Overall if you are currently using Microsoft RMS or considering it, this is hands down the best solution on the market. We had an ASP site previously that we had Web Integrator customized for, the problem was there were no add-ons for the cart. Every time we wanted to add a simple feature like quantity discounts it required custom work which cost us thousands, the same feature in X-cart costs less than $200, as the add-on is already written! So in November of 2008 we switched to Kosmos , they had WI customized for X-Cart. X-cart has tons of add-ons already written for it so you get the best of both worlds (integrating RMS with your website and taking advantage of all of the add-ons for X-Cart). You will save tons of money as having most of these add-ons customized would cost thousands of dollars, not to mention how user friendly the cart is.
Cons
Most of the limitations are from the RMS side of things. For the most part you can overcome them with a good programmer (Kosmos has been helpful in this area for us),
Overall
I would recommend anyone looking to integrate RMS with their website to use Kosmos.

Pros
The Kosmos team bridged our elaborate custom one of Microsoft RMS system to our website above expectation.
They took care of the system completely along with any tech support we needed at install and into the future. They are the most complete web solutions company I've dealt with (and it's been alot).
Cons
I currently have none cons with the company they perform all tasks given.
Overall
The Kosmos Central team is highly recommended.

Pros
-EASY to set up
-great product presentation right out of the box
-MANY MANY mods that you can use (or not) to dial in exactly what kind of website you want.
-eBay integration between X-cart and eBay. Pulls the eBay orders into RMS just like a web order! No more manual entry.
-Many vendors can do a skin for your website to get the look you want.
-no proprietary coders where you have to pay $$$$$$ to get one little feature. There is probably already a mod that does what you need available at a very reasonable price. If not, many software shops write for X-cart.
Cons
-Sometimes the RMS-website updates between databases gets kinks but the support people always work it out very very quickly.
Overall
ABSOLUTELY.
If you are using Microsoft RMS and need a website, this is definitely where you need to go to get your integration done.
