Pros

Great shopping cart software, extremely feature rich and flexible. Integrates well with Wordpress and other leading platforms. Has 1-click upsell feature. Half the price of other shopping cart services.

Cons

Customer service has frustrated me at times with trying to get through to support. They are very helpful when you get through but I have known long wait times and several days before an email reply is received. However their how-to guide is very extensive and a lot of things are self-explanatory.

Overall

I highly recommend their service as I am a happy customer. New customers should go to http://www.ultra-cart.com to register for a 60 day free trial. If you go to their main site (ultracart.com) you only get a 30 trial :)
