Overall
This product is very versitile and I would recommend to any size company that is looking to streamline their Safety & Heath Management System.

Pros
The ability to configure the system to meet our business needs was one of the biggest selling points, along with buying only the modules needed. Having the same person help us configure the system, perform on-site training, and provide telephone support during the first several months of use was also a huge benefit. We have also been able to collaborate with other SHE-MIS users with similar work structures and business needs to co-build enhancements.
Cons
As with any new product, the learning curve can be steep. Several of our end users felt there were too many 'clicks' to maneuver between screens or confirm data choices.
Overall
Overall, I am very satisfied with the product, its ability, and the future vision. I have, and will continue to, recommend this product to my professional colleagues.
