easy to use, great dashboards and report. The sales, service and support staff are very professional, efficient and committed. Multi-Language option is phenomenal. web based speed is great for real time data.

We have not stumped KMI yet
Overall
We looked at about 13-15 software companies on the market about 3-4 yrs. ago. and KMI was the clear vendor of choice by our entire core global Safety database project team. We have been nothing but thrilled with the product and enjoy the ability to manage our business with real time safety data. This product is truly helping focus on our leading indicators vs. the historical trailing indicators.

Easy to use, Fast implementation time, flexible workflow, customizable forms, good dashboards and rollup reporting
Cons
there were no significant cons in our implementation and use experience. Minor issues identified were quickly addressed.
Overall
We selected KMI for our EMIS needs based on their system's flexibility, scalability and cost. KMI has extensive experience and unique tools for addressing EMIS issues. They helped us effectively meet the different requirements of EHS, IT and business. Our system has been fully supported by all three groups and other business units are adopting parts of the system for their own, non-EHS use.
