Pros
Fairly intuitive on the surface.
Cons
Customer support dismal. Company charges yearly fee's that garner little for practitioners. Software inflexible - do it "their way" or forget it. Would crash for days at a time ...unable to get a simple phone call returned from customer support. The hardware they sold us was cheap... some of it falling apart within the 1st year. The trainers were often stumped by questions asked. The system was poorly installed and experienced decreased functionality and workability as time went on. This was a true disaster... one of the reasons our single specialty practice fractured.
Overall
Would avoid like the plague
