Great program to track employee benefit time and see patterns in use of that benefit time. able to maintain employee records as far as contact info and track employee movement thru promotional process

We have used Ambutrax for over a year. The system has greatly helped us to modernize and improve efficiency of our service. We use the reporting features to assure that limited resources are available where they do the most good. Additionally, the Quality Assurance and Training modules are unequaled.

Pros
Ambutrax has allowed us to consolidate all our data into a single source, which has greatly reduced our time spent on data collection. Thier support is great and have always provided us with updates as they become available. We have requested changes and additional reports and they have always come through for us.
Cons
single agency use only. we would like to see a multi-agency version.
