Pros: Great program to track employee benefit time and see patterns in use of that benefit time. able to maintain employee records as far as contact info and track employee movement thru promotional process

Cons: none to date that I have found

Overall: Great tool for any administrator that has a large number of employees to track and keep records for.

Cons: Improve the time (if possible) for large multiple data pull for the ePCR

Overall: This product provides an excellent pathway to extract, trend and report data from linked ePCR technology.

The speed of large data pulls across a network is dependent on a number of factors including connection type, number of users on the network, complexity of the dataset being used and the amount of data. We will continue to work with our clients to improve connection speed to their CAD and ePCR systems.

Pros: We have used Ambutrax for over a year. The system has greatly helped us to modernize and improve efficiency of our service. We use the reporting features to assure that limited resources are available where they do the most good. Additionally, the Quality Assurance and Training modules are unequaled.

Pros: Ambutrax has allowed us to consolidate all our data into a single source, which has greatly reduced our time spent on data collection. Thier support is great and have always provided us with updates as they become available. We have requested changes and additional reports and they have always come through for us.

Cons: single agency use only. we would like to see a multi-agency version.

Overall: Yes, we recommend Ambutrax.
