Pros

Implemented the solution within 4 hours of signing up for it.
Social calendar view made it possible to broadcast the room calendar to all our clients, users across many different sites.
easy to use, excellent support from the help desk implementing the tool at our organisation.

Cons

better how to demos would be good, but ease of use means it is not a real hindrance.

Overall

Would recommend it to all local government organisations, the first ten rooms free option makes it economical. we had to refresh technology but had a budget cut, finding AT-Venues was a god sent!

Cons

Overall

It???s amazing to see the energy that you guys have and trust me, it???s contagious. I was initially intrigued by the messages that your team is conveying all over your portals and subscribed to the one of your product versions.

I run a small NGO in Chicago by the name of S.D.P.T.I.B.D ???Skill Development and Professional Training Institute for Blinds & Deaf???. We have multiple training rooms and resources at our vicinity but miss-management of available assets always lead us to the either shortage or over-availability of resources. I found AT-Venues quite help-full in this regard as it is capable of delivering everything that we need. It is simple, it???s free, and most importantly it supports JAWS (job access with speech) ??? the software which enable blind human beings to read and work on computer.

I am really very excited to present this solution to my team.

Regards,
Brian
