Pros

The system is user friendly and meets most of the needs that we have. Items can be changed easily.

Ability to copy multiple functions and thier addons as opposed to create new ones each time.

Cons

Reported glitches are still present. Both properties cannot be merged (ILLC/Pitman) on the system and reports. The search engine cannot not search all possibilites such as either the client or company.

Unable to copy functions onto the second property.

Activities do not delete themselves once the function has passed, also duplicates itself.

Text fields are limited.

Overall

Would be best if integrated with Epitome and the credit card system. Better report generation, ability to generate report for both properties.
