Pros
Expensepoint is one of the best expense management systems we have used. The best feature in my opinion in the ability to import directly from American Express. As a user with sometimes a hundred or so charges per month it makes my life much easier. The offline access is a huge plus as you can work virtually anywhere and sync your entries. Auto GL coding, Lockout Capability, Multi-Level Routing is a huge plus. Setup is a breeze as is adding users as needed.
Cons
Not many that I can think of. It would be nice to be able to scan a receipt and have the system OCR and capture the expense items. Also a one touch import from credit cards would be nice in the application rather than having to download and import.
Overall
I highly recommend this product if you want a very easy product that is dynamic, easy to implement and very customizable. The support staff is fantastic and over the years have addressed all our concerns quickly and efficiently..

Pros
The features are exactly what I needed for my traveling workforce. I picked ExpensePoint because of it's ability to grow with the company and the knowledge that it is evoling to todays changing technology. My implementation not only got me started on creating that first report but gave me the knowledge to maintain the system on my own. When setting up the credit card transactions I was able to create the template in 15 minutes and import. My regular hour process of entering them is now gone and I can literally finish an expense report in minutes. The design of the system really does keep the end user in mind.
Cons
So far I have not found a single reason!
Overall
I recomend this to all companies big and small. The ExpensePoint team goes the extra mile to bring you incredible service. In the past I have used other expense software and I have never seen such a pain free implementation process. My salesforce was able to do training from their pc's on recorded training and I did not loss and productivity. My accounting department is happy, and my employees are happy. Win win for me.

Pros
Cost, webinars, customization capabilities, creativity of the staff to help meet unique needs, the responsiveness of the staff, ease of use, training videos, cost (I know I already said that, but it's important. I looked at several web based expense management systems and this was by far the best and the fact it was the least expensive was a bonus!)
Cons
I can't think of any, other than supervisors forgetting to log in and approve expense reports. But that's our process problem we are trying to resolve.
Overall
If you are looking for an excellent online expense management system, your search can now stop. ExpensePoint Web is hands down the best system out there. We looked at several other systems, and even got through the installation stage with another system, only to discover management reporting could not be done. When I found ExpensePoint I was skeptical they could do all they claimed to, but was soon put at ease. The staff at ExpensePoint is very creative in helping to figure out solutions for unique issues. They are responsive to calls and questions. They offered excellent suggestions for implementation which helped ensure a successful transition. Several features we said we would like to see have shown up in product updates. Most of our users have found it very intuitive and easy to figure out. Don't be a "wish I had". Contact ExpensePoint and you'll be a "glad I did"!
