Pros

The main element of this product is that it has been designed by people that have a deep understanding of the industry. The product is unique in so much as it is genuinly built PER Client to meet their exacting needs.
Adaptations and changes as our needs change are effected within days making it feel like we have a true in-house piece of software.

Support is 24/7 and on-line in real time. The whole system is supported by video tutorials making training as simple as it gets.

Cons

We have genuinly not found a single negative on this product or it's support.

Overall

Our recomendation couldn't be higher, We beleive this product could change the way FM services are delivered in the future
