Pros

I have always embraced technology and this app has all that and more! The biggest challenge for any service company is making on site notes into a reality, we all know if it wasn't recorded it didn't happen, so now my techs speak into the phone and it types the comments into the data base and invoice! GPS enabled and time stamped wow!!! we can attach pictures to the file as well which is new to us but a must have on any data system. Add or remove user's very easy!

Cons

network dependent , to some degree. Trying to resolve this with using the time date feature on the smart phone. We have a large rural area which doesn't have the service that MOST area's have.

Overall

Vendor works very hard to modify or add feature's for our company specific demands. Club memberships ect... pricing levels ect..

Pros

Service Skeds has worked with us for the past three months making changes to the software to better fit our needs. Out of all the companies we looked at for a Dispatching Software - we felt that the people at Skeds were far and above the best people to work with - and we were right! Thank you Team for all you've done for us!

Cons

No Cons - our wishes and wants have all been taken care of. We know we are working together to help bring the best possible product available to dispatchers everywhere

Overall

I would 100% recommend this software. I love the ease of use - love that it takes away all the invoicing from the office staff and puts it in the hands of the technicians. Payroll and time spent entering it has dramatically changed as we pull up the reports from the reports section to get our payroll information. Using map features to actually SEE where our jobs are is huge for us since we cover such a huge area. My favorite feature - my guys being out in the field taking pictures of condensing units, furnaces, water heaters, etc. that comes right back into the software and stays with that customer! What an amazing feature and so needed!
