Pros
No software installation needed, ability to access via URL on the internet. The system is user friendly and easy to navigate through the different menu driven options. User profiles can be created and customized to allow and restrict access. Overall it is extremely reliable and stable. Custom changes can be requested, designed, UAT tested and implemented within a reasonable time frame.
Cons
Not always able to copy and paste data from certain screens.
Overall
I personally have been using FieldPower for 7 years and highly reccommened it for custom solutions to specific software needs.

Pros
Field Power is a very user friendly product to implement and use. The development team is responsive to requests for custom reports or functions. The existing reporting capability is extremely comprehensive.
Cons
None. Fieldpower is quick to resolve all issues.
Overall
I highly recommend this product.

Pros
Since the May 2007 outset, the system has responded as antiipated. Help has always just been a phone call away, regardless of the hour of day or the day of the week. System tweeks have been made willinglyly and effectively.
Cons
We have experienced no "Cons).
