Pros
The product is feature rich and meets almost all my requirements. At the time of finalisation of the software, KVS was ready to customize areas that were not addressed. Most of these customizations were specific to our company. I've been using the software for more than 5yrs and feel they have been consistant in the software support. There have been periodical updates done to the software. The guys have good number of industry experience behind them and that is clearly seen in the features provided in the software.
Cons
There is scope for improvement in the training department. I feel they should give more importance to user training. The process flow looks slightly complicated and the user requires complete training before he can get his hands on the software.
Overall
Overall The software is a win for the money. A excellent product that is at par with products from BIG vendors. GOOD after sales support.
