Comments: Our company is small and we originally purchased the Fleet Trackers to help find our trucks in case they were stolen or in case of a breakdown so that we could get assistance to the driver. Today, our fleet tracker came to our rescue in a way we never imagined that it would have to. One of our trucks was hit in the early hours of February 5, 2015.

Our driver was parked and in the sleeper. The driver who hit our truck tried to leave the scene. Fortunately, our driver caught up with the other driver and information was exchanged after the other tried to buy our driver off with not reporting the accident. Then the other driver tried to tell his insurance company that our driver pulled out causing the accident. This caused his insurance company to initially try to deny the claim.

Because we had the tracker installed on our truck, I was able to go to the website, pull down the activity for the time involved and prove that our driver had indeed not moved for several hours before or after the accident. Because we were able to provide independent verification that our driver had not moved our truck, the company will repair our truck. We never doubted his word. However, it was nice to be able to show everyone else in black and white that he was indeed giving the accurate version of events. Your device saved us over $8,000 in just this one instance.
