Very user friendly. Screens are layed out in text view making it easy to manuver what I want to see. Canned reports are excellent, as well as easy to query. Your support staff has been outstanding. From the beginning,Michal Sypolka and Igor Yakovlev have been the greatest support to our organizations needs. They are always quick to respond to what ever questions or problems that may arise. They are alway polite and curtious. I really appreciate working with them. I've had the priveledge of working with other staff as well. Chad Kashub, and Monique when Michal was out on vacation. All in all, I thank you all for your support in making our DBS a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Only one I can think of. And that is that the DonorPerfect Online system does not have it's own SSL SQL server to attach our documents. It would be nice to have it all in one location.

Overall

Absolutely! I would recommend it to anyone.

Pros

It's a very user friendly system that is logical. It's fairly easy to extract specific information out of the system as well as to navigate within the system.

Cons

I really don't have any major cons - just little things that I would love to see to make the system that much more taylored to my organizations specific needs.

Ovearll I truly love this database. I have used the database for over 10 yrs and to see all the changes has been amazing - it truly gets easier and easier with each upgrade!

Pros

Development Department staff members find the product easy to use with good reporting capabilities. It's very easy to keep the data "clean" within the structure.

Cons

From my perspective, I'd like to see a more open source model so that we could contract with other vendors for development. In addition, it seems tech support does not return phone calls as timely as our service contract dictates.

I would recommend the product.

Pros

The staff has been very helpful in making the transition. Donor Perfect is easy to use. Many of the reports we need are built in. Setting up other reports is a breeze. Changing to Donor Perfect was a great move for us.

Cons

I really haven't found a downside to this software. It may not have all the bells and whistles of arranging seating charts for your event, but Donor Perfect is the best I've seen for the function of tracking donors and donations.

Overall

Donor Perfect is a great product. We have just begun using their Donor Pages program for social networking as well. It is wonderful how it all works together.

Pros

I especially like the fexibility Donor Perfect offers, like adding new fields. Also,I appreciate that I can create a filter using and criteria, and in any combination. Powerful.

Cons

The "weakest link" in the Donor Perfect package is the manuals. If they manuals were better, I might not have to call for support as often.

I have and will continue to recommend Donor Perfect to others.

I have always been very satisfied with DonorPerfect's ability to meet our development data needs. I have worked with it for more than 15 years and the staff have always been willing to go the extra mile to help solve problems and to meet needs. I heartily recommend it to nonprofit fundraisers.

DPO is a powerful tool that is an asset to any agency.

Pros

DonorPerfect is amazingly easy to use and gives exactly what we need. We've been able to highly customize to suit our needs largely by doing it ourselves, however on occasion; we have had to get support from DonorPerfect. In those instances, we've gotten an amazingly quick response, and the product is always tailored specifically just the way we've asked. The service is phenomenal. The levels of access, combined with the ease of use make it so that even our most computer illiterate volunteers are able to use it effectively. The custom report writer allows me to call up information at a moment's notice and cross reference donors and gifts by every imaginable statistic. By using this feature, we are able to use very target specific approaches with each of donors, and in this economy, that's a huge plus.

Cons

I have yet to find any defects in this product.

Overall

On a scale of 1-10, DonorPerfect is truly an 11! The product and people have exceeded all of my expectations.
