No integration with mass email services, such as phpList or Mailchimp, which we use to contact our alumni.
Overall
I also evaluated Giftworks and eTapestry, but those tools were overly-complicated. It was hard to train people that weren't tech savvy. Donortools is easy to use and easy to teach.
I've set it up for 2 organizations: the Texas Law Review and Texas Law Fellowships. Both are relatively small nonprofits. Donortools is a perfect fit. It does everything we need it to do, as if it were designed specifically for our needs.
