Comments: We have been using Classy for a couple of years and they have an amazing platform with even better customer service. I have never sent a support ticket in without getting exactly the help I need to be successful. Being in a non-profit it is important to be successful and Classy understands this.

I personally want to thank the business and their staff for their continued support of our organization and everything we stand for.

Comments: From the moment we spoke with Classy, which was months before ever taking a cent, we've been impressed. Their customer service actually cares - and knows what they're talking about. They care not about the blind throughput of donations, but able actually helping build successful campaigns to grow an organization. Further they like to share and discuss successes and failures in order to better develop the Classy platform to ours and other client's benefit.

On the development side, as a customer, we're a bit challenging as one of our sources of donations is non-traditional. They've worked with us to tweak features to the benefit of our support base and continue to improve.

I've yet to find another company with as dedicated a team as they have at Classy. While we've had to make numerous changes to tech partners and vendors during our growth, this is a change that we can say had no downside.

Comments: Pros:
- Start fundraising with a clean platform without needing to code ASAP. Like, yesterday. We started with a one man staff with limited fundraising experience, and built our organization around Classy's capabilities which turned successful.

- From a peer-to-peer platform, we've researched and haven't found a better option for the price available

- Classy is constantly trying to make itself better, which we appreciate. AKA- we don't spend $$$$$ for website updates. They do. That's cool for our bottom line while we reap benefits.

- INTEGRATION WITH SALESFORCE >>>> THANK YOU

- If you have a problem, they get back to you instantly. (Shout out Jo Moya for leading the best customer service team possible).

Cons:
- Ticketed events are a little tougher to pull off and structure how we desired than straight fundraising, but that's probably more our user error than anything, as we are clueless in that department
