Halogen is very user-friendly and their support staff is very helpful and responsive.
Cons
None to speak of. Anything we "wished the system could do" has been done with upgrades.
Overall
Highly recommend Halogen eAppraisal. Wonderful tool and wonderful company to be associated with.

Pros
Solid product. Requires little support from IS. Users find it easy to use. Greatly reduces the time to administer an appraisal process.
Cons
Email notifications shold be specific to task that needs to be completed. We run multiple processes at any onetime and managers have to sign in to find out where they are late.
Overall
Would recomend this product to anyone who is looking to automate their appraisal system.
