Function email to ticket, tickets assignation and transfer, polls, tracking,etc.

Cons

Knowledge base is basic.

Overall

We were looking for a multi-lingual product in Espanish and English to our customers demand in Per??, having entire source code was a priority and Facil HelpDesk provides it with excellent support from the direct coder.

I recomend it 100%
