Comments: Talkus is an incredible app. It was a bargain before... but now that they keep adding more and more features, it's really an unbelievable value. I can't believe I get a help desk, FAQ, email support ticket system, social media monitoring tool, and more - for just one low price. Plus, their support is really really attentive! Way to go, guys.

Comments: We use Talkus to support thousands of students who are engaged in producing media projects for a wide variety of courses. With web-based chat and integration with Aircall for voice, Talkus allows us to seamlessly address questions right in Slack, where our team is communicating day in, day out anyway. It's a powerful solution with next to no learning curve and great support.
