Pros: Excellent support at this company. Product very easy to use and web-based is very nice- no cd's to install every year when Medicare makes changes. Product gets updated several times each year with new cool things.
Best thing- all inclusive monthly fee for everything including point of care.
Cons: They have a really cool physician portal that physicians love because it automatically tracks their care plan oversight billing info, but they charge an extra few hundred dollars a month for it.
Overall: Very happy with our decision.
