Pros

I have been looking for a software for my Bed & Breakfast that is easy to use, that links a calendar to my web page and that has good customer service when I have a question and is also affordable. They meet all the criteria and more!

Cons

At the moment, I haven't discovered any.

Overall

I would recommend KeepMeBooked hands down.

easy to use
very easy to trial with free software
low cost
quick to set up
good support
looks like it will be developed as the business grows
no lengthy contractual periods
up to date 'feel' to it

Can probably also use it for selling my two holiday let cottages in the future

limited features
no mobile phone app (yet)
does not link to other booking agencies sites like 'last minute.com'

Overall

This is the first time I have used online booking software in my site and I got my first booking through it the night it went live. I liked the software. I found it by typing in 'B&B booking software' (or something) into Google and it came top of the search (how do you do that?)
Compared it to those 'cash back' people 'Eviivo' software and decided to use it in preference.

This has got to be one of the best softwares out there. It's simple, neat in design, practical and extremely easy to use by our non technically savvy staff (took a couple of hours the get them up & running); KeepMeBooked does the job done 100% for our 15 room sailing club and hotel, and it does it without leaving any of our basic requirements aside. Support is available online via de GetSatisfaction community and KeepMeBooked staff replied within minutes our few questions. They were responsive, but most importantly, showed concern for our project and our business.

Cons

We have not found any. We wondered about deleting guest records via the guest menu with a button, but agreed totally with KeepMeBooked's design criteria not to make this so straightforward since it would alter potential statistics and also be a business audit or control risk for the hotel.

Overall

We definitely recommend you trying out KeepMebooked. It is ideal for a small hotel or bead&breakfast, simple to get up & running and very intuitive for front desk staff to use, while freeing your hotel of having technically aware people to operate it.

Pros

KeepMeBooked is the best guesthouse management software I have ever used. It is extremely easy to set up and use, anybody with not much computer or internet experience could learn it practically in minutes.
I have somewhat more experience, but what made me say goodbye to the software I had used, was the simplicity of KeemMeBooked. You can create a booking with a few clicks in a few seconds, you can move guests and rooms with just moving the mouse. And you can overlook the whole next few weeks' occupancy absolutely clearly.
The support is superfast, helpful and efficient, significantly different to my previous supplier.
The design is great too.

Cons

Can't select more than one room when creating a booking. It's a very minor downside, shadowed by all the great features. You can do that booking for the rest of the rooms in a few seconds.

Overall

I hundred per cent recommend it to every guesthouse owners or reservation managers. Literally anybody, independently from age or experience, can learn to use it very fast.

Pros

Clean looks.
Super easy to install and use.
Generates a very simple code to smoothly enable the calendar on your own website.
Since it's web based, it's great to share with co-workers and to acess it when you're on the run, anywhere.
Best of all: great costumer care! Many features have been promptly tailored to my needs.

Cons

Works slowly on explorer.
PDA browsing is very poor.

Overall

A "must have" sofware for small hotel owners, who want to have acess to their bookings any time, anywhere, in a very simple and efficient way.

I've tried dozens of methods/software for keeping bookings for our B&B. None comes even close to the ease of use and clarity of KeepMeBooked. I couldn't recommend it more highly. I've already recommended it to friends with B&Bs and they too have found it second to none.

Overall

The layout is very user friendly and it does not take long to custimize this system to my business.
Functions of the system allows me to save time and we can work simultaneously through one log-in which is great.
The support is the best I have ever experienced in this line of business. Quick responses and links to the actual issue which allows me to save time and fix the problem straight away.
Last but not least this is very priceworthy. I strongly recommend anyone in the hotel business to try this. I will say that my hotel is fairly small scale which might decrease the credibility of this review.

Overall

A friend pointed me in the direction of this on-line solution to manage our bookings for our guesthouse, I wish I had heard about this earlier. It is excellent and whenever users come up with an idea for a good improvement the team are swift to implement it. The customer service is excellent.

Cons

Would be nice to have the ability to offer weekly rates.
Number of days selection area is kinda hidden. Needs to be more prominent or what would be better is to make it a separate step.
