1.- FAcil de usar y ver la informacion.
2.- Posibilidad de varios usuarios
3.- Mejoras continuas sin costos adicionales
4.- Planes flexibles de acuerdo a las temporadas y necesidades
5.- posibilidad de verlo de cualquier coneccion ainternet
6.- personalizable en imagen lo cual mejora la imagen de nuestra empresa.
7.- Almacenamiento de la informacion y creacion de la base de datos

Cons
1.- le falta un sistema de administracion de ventas y costos para poder generar estados de resultados, lo cual agregaria valor a la aplicacion.
Overall
Me encanta el sistema, nos a ayudado en la gestion comercial y planificacion d elas operaciones en nuestro Hotel. Totalmente recomendable para todos.

Pros
an easy tu use, and powerful tool to manage a small/medium size hotel.
also very easy to purchase, with plans starting with a free plan and up, and give you the freedom to upgrade or downgrade your plan depending on the demand at your hotel.
set up is quick and not requiere to read long manuals
Cons
still have to work to became the best hotel manager adviser for the hotelier, adding some more featuring.
Overall
to all my fellow hoteliers I strongly recommend Clerk as a powerful, easy to use and a very good cost benefit relation PMS for small/medium hotel

Pros
With Clerk I can check my reservations from everywhere, it???s easy to administrate, fits to my business size and doesn???t need technical support.
Clerk plans and its flexibility helps me to control my hotel expenses on every season.
Cons
I don't have any problem with Clerk!
Overall
I recommend for all independents hotels
