Pros
Global marketing network integration, easy to use for both the customer as well as business staff, tracks all customer transactions seamlessly, usable & relevant reporting, intuitive, solid and knowledgeable support staff, stable company, affordable for small business, scales well.
Cons
None; this is REALLY a great product.
Overall
A "must have" for any Hotel, Motel, B&B, etc. In my mind there is no comparative product for the money.

Pros
I was a new customer to BookingCenter's revised version of their web based product. I love it! It is easy to use and meets my needs as a 20 room inn in a resort community. I have worked with other PMS's and this product competes with and beats most if not all of them. Another shining star in the BookingCenter line of products is their great customer service. They have the best customer support of any company I have dealt with in a long time. They are courteous, smart and helpful. I really like these guys.

Sometimes with all the features packed into the product you will need some guidance when trying to implement a new strategy or process.
Overall
I do recommend BookingCenter as a great PMS for your property. You cant go wrong with the BookingCenter MyPMS product.

easy to use software. Very intuitive.
allows for online booking,
credit card processing.
room/rate management.
Integrates with Exepdia, Travelocity, Priceline, and all other major Online booking websites.
Cons
I cannot think of 1 issue
Overall
This multi faceted program allows me to fully manage my property seamlessly with Travel Agents, as well as with the Global Distribution network. This is at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a full muti use program.

Pros
I can manage my property from anywhere, I do not need anything but an internet connection. Their customer support is excellent!

Nothing out of the ordinary

I highly recommend this product for any hotel, Inn, Lodge or B&B.
