It was all software usage understanding issue and after customer take support from ASI he purchased software. Review is posted on 3/1/2009 but then he purchased software on 5/20/2009 (2 months after) and currently also using it and paying yearly service contract. Very happy customer.

There's not one good thing to say about this product or this company.
Cons
This system has been nothing but problems since the beginning. It is an India owned company so when you get to speak to someone in support, you cannot understand them. Did away with paying for support because it was worthless, then started experiencing big problems. The next day received a call from their support team wanting to know if we were encountering any problems. Coincidence? I THINK NOT! Now I'm searching once again for a decent program.

DON'T DO IT! You will be sorry.

Customer is using system since 2004 and they were never be on support as ASI is selling perpetual license and it is not required to pay anything on monthly or yearly price. Customer renew there support contract in 2009 and become a happy customer. Now since last 2 years they are renewing support contract as they understand requirement of it. Specially owner is not located at property all the time and desk clerk need support. Happy Customer, Currently they are also on support and enjoying service.
