Pros
This is the only PMS I have used with the ability to drive revenue, not just manage inventory. Other thoughts:
fast and easy activation;
seamless, real-time, two-way CRS interface;
easy UI;
high functionality;
zero maintenance
Cons
On the rare occasions it went down, we called and waited for InnPoints to fix it. The system lacks some functionality found in older PMS's, like out of order module.
Overall
Great system for the job. It probably can't run a 500 room Rtiz-Carlton, but it is fantastic for smaller upscale/luxury and larger economy properties.
The startup cost cant be beat.
