Comments: I researched 100's of PMS systems and decided on Hotelogix. I was very impressed with the Breadth of functionality, front-end ease of use, and price. It seemed easy to setup and the support team helped out. However, now that we have been using the system for about 9 months, I've found several things that are concerning:
- rate management is very complex, difficult to setup and not flexible enough. I gave up creating rates and let Hotelogix make all our changes.
- quirky behavior
- no ability to do waitlist, gift cards, SMS
- no report writing capability (canned reports only)
- no in-house guest list
- not keeping up with changes in the industry. They focus on minutae and not on the big picture.
- their web booking engine is confusing to guests about availability and does not show off extras/add-ons/inclusions. We're losing incremental revenue from not being able to highlight add-ons.
- executives have been rude and don't respond to emails.

Comments: Beware!!!!!!!!
This software program is full of problems. Firstly the login is always an issue because on the first page it always says there is someone else logged in, SUSPECT!!!! Secondly, on the front desk sometimes the dates don't line up with the correct days, worry when your booking guests for the dates. Thirdly, the system is meant to be user friendly and clearly its NOT!!!! We had over the Christmas New Year period a total of 10 double bookings all caused by this dodgy software....at first, Hotelogix offered to sort out the mess until it was going to cost them a lot of money and then they proceeded in throwing the blame onto me, which I totally expected because that's what unprofessional businesses do to rectify the problem.
Stay away from this software and company, BAD NEWS!!!!!

We have shared the logs that clearly point to the reason and helps you resolve your issues with the channels that you work with. Firstly, the alert on login as expressed earlier is because you don't log out when ending your session. You can easily control this by logging out after ending your session. Secondly, when connected to a third party, all availability and dates will always remain in sync as long as you refrain from making manual edits on channels directly, in which case we cannot control the outcome and the resulting overbooking. Your over bookings are on this account, and we have shared the system logs to confirm this. All this is very simple as you can see here. We would still like to help and get this sorted for you. Our priority is to extend exceptional services to all clients, and given a chance, we would continue to do so for you as well.

Pros: The calendar UI & reservation function is great

Overall: Hotelogix is one of the first hospitality software on the cloud. Over the last two years, I have been using this software I find that the company needs to add newest features & functionalities to its software to make it relevant in today's world. A hotel management software of PMS as its popularly known is essential for modern hotels to help it sell more rooms & improve occupancy. The PMS is a distribution platform which connects with major third party vendors like otas. Hotelogix does not provide direct distribution functionality and asks to tie up with an intermediary to sync rates & inventory with OTA's, etc. This increases the overall cost of ownership and is not required. Many newer entrants in this sector are providing direct connectivity. For smaller hotels, this is a very important reason to choose a PMS.

Overall: I would prefer to use an excel spreadsheet than your program and i regret the time we prepaid one year subscription.
For example lets see some points:

~Every time to login you have to enter an image verification code, enter your username (which has to be an email) and on the second screen it tells you that you have already login in a different device. in the third screen you have to select your "counter". Even if you have only one counter per user you will have to select it. and then you wait 3 second the PMS to show the final screen. So that is 30 seconds every time!

~Your system doesn't provide multi use. You cannot use the same account in 2 different computers simultaneously. Also if a different user has opened the one's room details, you will not be able to open it in your computer and will have to find who has already opened it..or wait for him to close it. Also to do the night audit you will have to logout all the other users! You have an option to do it though the extranet and wait 3 seconds but all this proccess will take 10 minutes. Imagine that to do it every time from a mobile device. And then the users will have to login again to use the pms

~the rooms that are to departure today don't have a different colour!
~You select a room, you make a reservation and the system saves it in a different room. CRAZY!. i have videos to show you if you want
~you cannot see which reservations are guaranteed and which not!
~you cannot move with the mouse a reservation to different dates
~the housekeeping report cannot be printed from the previous day! and not able to print for the next X day. only for the same day! and this is not a housekeeping report, it lacks very important information
~there is not option to build your own reports, and you are not willing to build a custom one..
~there is not a report to show the arrivals, departures and staying rooms in one piece of paper at once
~in the main screen there is not a info bar to show the numbers of available and occupied rooms
~you cannot see the money balance of the departuring rooms for a given date!! and there isn't a report to show all the clients that paid today or a X date
~your replies to the emails are out of topic!
~you cannot set the rooms to be double (for 2 people) and every time you have to select adults 2 after having press the "enable editing" button

I totally suggest you to avoid it unless you have a 3 rooms lodging

Pros: The customer support and the reporting.

Cons: It would be nice, if it had an inventory system.
it would be nice if it had a calendar for employee shifts.
it would be nice if it had a tablet version.

Overall: When we started our hotel business, we knew that we needed software that had a proven track record and excellent customer support. After careful research, we chose Hotelogix. Since then, we have tripled in size and the Hotelogix team has been there with us all the way.

I would recommend Hotelogix for businesses of any size. It is a technology and service partner you need to have.

Comments: We are a 61 room establishment in Carnarvon Western Australia.
We have been looking for a good Channel Manager for a while and decided to go with Hotelogix.
What an excellent choice!!
The services was very professional straight from the start. We are now live online and very surprised with the amount of bookings that are now going directly into our accommodation grid without any problems.
I highly recommend there product.

Comments: Since we started using this software; all the reservation process has been automated. all the bookings which comes from booking engines are automatically updated in the system and also cancelled one the client cancels his/her booking.

Comments: The pro is that Hotelogix property management is really a complete solution. I have tried many other PMS and channel managers before moving to Hotelogix and I can say that this is one of the best out there.

The cons are that since the product is so powerful with many features, the learning curve can be quite difficult and confusing at times. And setting up the PMS with the channel manager will take sometime. But this is effectively forgotten because of their excellent customer support, from their technical support team, sales team, and even from the personal account manager.

They provide training through skype calls and also teaches you every step of the way until you are familiar and thoroughly understands the working of the system.

Overall It has been a pleasant experience and since the system has been setup I have had no issues with my daily operations. I would recommend this product highly.

En los últimos 2 años hemos aumentado nuestra capacidad a 7 habitaciones y 10 cabañas, por ende la demanda por parte de los clientes aumentó en el hotel. En el 2014 iniciamos relaciones laborales con las OTA´s; llegamos a la conclusión de que necesitábamos sistema de reservaciones hotelero con la opción de trabajar con un motor de reserva integrado.

Nos llegó la propuesta de hotelogix, nos explicaron como funciona el motor de reservas, la opción de la distribución de canales, agentes de viajes, tour operadoras, página web y reservas ingresadas manualmente de manera integrada. Me pareció genial porque era justo lo que necesitábamos. Poder controlar las reservas y lo mejor de todo, evitar overbooking en temporada alta. Estábamos un poco ansiosos porque teníamos que ingresar primero todas las reservas que teníamos desde octubre hasta fechas futuras antes de activar el sistema. Nos tomó un tiempo acostumbrarnos al sistema, pero logramos manejarlo gracias a que no es tan complicado de utilizarlo y los clientes realizan sus reservaciones sin ningún problema. Esperamos que cada año sea de lo mejor, incrementando las ventas del hotel por medio del sistema.

The hotel started to operate at 2014 with 4 rooms and 2 cabins. On the last two years we´ve increased our capacity to 7 rooms and 10 cabins, so the clients demand increased as well. On 2014 we started to create work relations with the OTA´s , so we got to the conclusion of requiring a reservation system with an integrated web booking engine.

We got the Hotelogix proposal, they explained us the Web Booking Engine function, the distribution system, the travel agencies, the tour operators, the website and the manual reservations. I tough it was great because it was exactly what we needed; the availability for controlling the reservations and best of all, avoid overbooking on high season. We were a little bit anxious because we had to put all the reservations we had since October until future dates, before activating the system. We took some time to get used to the system, but we get to handle it, thanks to its easy use, and the clients make their reservations without any problem. We hope every year goes great, increasing the hotel sales thanks to the system.

It is a good cloud based PMS but support from the back end is not satisfactory.

Comments: I's a good product, but takes too long for them to fix any bugs or shortcomings. Documentation for training should have been more for advanced complex situations. No proper integration with accounting softwares like Quickbooks or else the support team takes it quite lightly. Otherwise, overall the product is good.

Quite the opposite: it is a software that works quickly and it is very easy to use. It has all the requirements that we need for the proper functioning of our business. Comments: Being a brand new hotelier, in order for smooth operation and expand our channels we decided to sign up for Hotelogix PMS and channel manager who assured for a Hassel free property management and no double bookings. However on day 2 of our channel live integration we faced 9 reservation/15 rooms double bookings in the peak season. Hotelogix clearly did not accept any responsibility and we were left on our own to deal with re-locating the guests and a huge cost being peak season. There was no level of professionalism from any of the support staff including the Vice President of the company. Our training was incomplete and many critical features unknown. Before live integration support team did not make any checks to see if critical data has been inputted and a proper setup made, hence the double bookings and lot of stress. We terminated Hotelogix immediately to avoid any further damage.

Comments: Before Hotelogix we had a PMS that wasn¿t truly connected in real time with the OTAs, this was causing us many overbooking problems. We decided it was time to change to a solution that included centralized inventory through a Channel Manager. After some research it was clear to us that Hotelogix was the PMS solution we were looking for. We opted to work with SiteMinder as our channel manager which is fully integrated with Hotelogix thus allowing us to have our inventory and rates pushed to all our channels in real time. The results were amazing, before we had to keep some inventory blocked in order to cover for those overbookings, now, with Hotelogix, we have every room opened and our hotel is full with no overbooking problems. I must thank all Hotelogix¿s team that helped us through the implementation period and now an special thanks to Luis who keeps checking on us to see if we have any issues with the system. We hope to continue to work together for many years to come!

Comments: this is a very easy PMS to get to grips with. the frontdesk is clearly laid out with the user in mind, and the majority of quick links are in one area [check in/out reports etc].
Once the configuration is mapped and if you utilise the 2 way interface [to all web agents] the only thing left is to iron out the usual glitches/creases. this is where their customer service team excel. the longest I have had to wait for an answer to any query [via the online portal] was about 5 hours, and that was a lengthy config question that wasn't straightforward!!] normally all responses and case closures are around the 1-3 hour mark.
we have gone from manually entering all bookings [68 bed hotel] to everything automated resulting in staff having more time to deal face to face with guests and our customer service feedback has increased ten fold.
the negative side of it is that it is still quite a young system compared to the major players [Micros Fidelio etc] so there are some features that Hotelogix haven't got around to developing, however, I do send them ideas to think about, and with their update schedules being every few months, if we all ask, maybe these will be implemented.

They regularly upgrade their system to enhance the features. They also put a lot of effort to make this system as user friendly as possible. Comments: We carefully researched several hotel booking systems before we decided to go with Hotelogix and we are not disappointed. The staff were polite and very helpful in getting us set up which it seems was our biggest obstacle due to the fact that we had heavy bookings and our schedule was already almost completely full for our "high season". It took awhile to do this but now that we are working with Hotelogix we are so pleased with it because it's an awesome system, brilliant really, easy to work with and easy for our clients to make bookings all on their own. We can now see it is a tremendous advantage for us to have it. We are looking forward to a prosperous year with more bookings due to our transition to Hotelogix.

Comments: I manage a 22-room city hotel in Suriname, South America. We were earlier using Booking Center Desktop Software - it was not working well for us . We faced a several technical issues and their support team was not very competent. Some issues were never solved and we just had to deal with them. I opted for Hotelogix as it is well-known in the industry and was offering the free Channel Manager ¿ HotelRunner.

I find Hotelogix to be a feature-rich system and the best part is their `always available¿ customer support team who helps us easily understand the more advanced functions of the system. With the personalized training provided, our staff found it easy to to start using the system. Our previous PMS provider did not offer such in depth training and after sales supprt, which we believe makes all the difference!
Hotelogix can be very proud of this service!

Comments: We signed up with hotelogix in good faith. As time went on it we had to add this service or that. We are a very small company. We paid every invoice as it was sent to us. Seven months in they hit us with thousand dollars of back invoicing for their accounting mistakes. They would not let us space out or break up these charges with out shutting down our services. We paid them though we were in our first year as a small business. We started looking for a new booking engine and integrated with little hotelier in Sept. We alerted hotelogix that we would no longer be using their services. They charged us through automatic withdrawal from our account 2 days prior to invoicing was due for the month of Oct when we were ending services on Sept 30. No contract was ever signed. They are refusing to refund charges by saying there is a 30 day cancellation notice for services. This is not stated in any paper work or email I received from them, it has never been stated on any invoice sent from their company. It's really not the money. I have no issue with paying my bills it's the dishonesty. Back charging for mistakes by their accounting department, refusing to work with a small business in their first year of business, withdrawing funds day early from bank accounts, refusing to refund monies for services not delivered. Scumbag business practices.

Hello Erin It is unfortunate to know your disappointment with our accounting system. Your Hotel was signed up initially on zero plan from May 23, 2014 @ $80/month for the services of PMS, WEB service & Payment Gateway. You have then opted for enterprise plan with advance billing in the month of Dec'14 with an additional charge of $65/month. However, the billing was missed and the charge was not added to your billing which was clarified to you up front. This is an unintentional human error and the bills were later presented to you with a differential amount of $450.24 which you have agreed to pay. The billing was then corrected and the amount was auto charged by the system. As you are on advance billing plan, the bills for Oct were generated in the mid-month and sent to you on Sept 16th. As the billing due date is 10 days from the date of generated invoice it has auto charged on 24th Sept, 2015 after which we have received your cancellation. We deeply apologize for your experience.

Comments: We tried using Hotelogix Freemium on our smallest property which only had 7 rooms and no breakfast. The setup was a bit disturbed since there was quite a load on our internet connection back then but other than that and some difference in terminology there were no difficulties. After a few months, the Freemium had proven itself to be a solid Premium product although it was FREE and to this day it remains solid and FREE.

Comments: We have been using Hotelogix since January 2014 for our seasonal hotel in Zakynthos. The system gives us capability to see our hotel data even during off-season when we are away from the property. It fits the way hotels in Greece are run so perfectly. Hotelogix support team is unparalleled as far as we are concerned. They are available 24/7 which helped us immensely because of our time zone difference. We could work the program at any hour of the day and there was a knowledgeable staff member on call to help us with any inquiry we may have one-on-one. They are also constantly updating the system and we have seen that in these updates they include features that we have specifically requested to help our business run more smoothly. We would recommend this program to anyone in the hotel business, small or large hotels in Greece. It will give you peace of mind, allow you to manage your hotel in ways you never thought possible, and most importantly of all it will make your lives a lot easier.

Those who know how to use the system will love working on it!!

Comments: We have a small hotel of 12 units. The set up of the system was slow and confusing, Training was poor and online with staff who don't always seem to understand the hotel environment. The system was so complicated and not user friendly. We have canceled our business and gone back to our old system. Our staff are a lot happier now!!

However, we are constrained when the desire is to fulfil tasks in a way that might be specific to how you've been operating in the past, or at times needs developmental changes in our system. With hotels in 85+ countries, any change, however small, needs to be thought through followed by development & testing. At times we are unable to prioritize changes that aren't applicable to our larger customer base. Our support team includes ex-hoteliers trained to help derive maximum from Hotelogix. Comments: Hotelogix PMS has been brilliant for our Hotel operations. At first we did the 30 day trial and after 6 days we knew this was the PMS system for our business and signed up for the premium PMS package.

The setup was fairly straight forward and the Hotelogix 24/7 support was very effective and helpful. Being able to have support 24/7 was great, as we could resolve problems instantly and move forward.

Connecting the PMS with Channel Manager increased our room occupancy substantially, as it maximised our rooms on the OTA sites such as booking.com and expedia and in return our ranking on these sites increased to the top of their lists which increases our revenue.

Hotelogix "Web Reservation" has also been very effective for direct bookings. We now take 28% of our bookings through this service which has decreased our OTA commission significantly.

The fact that the PMS is a cloud based system is excellent, as we can access the "live" system from anywhere around the world and literally track every click our staff do in the system. Also with each input the system is "backed up" on the cloud which is important.

Overall we are extremely happy with the Hotelogix PMS system and compared to other PMS services we trialled it's extremely cost effective.

Comments: We installed Hotelogix about 6 months ago as part of an overall move to cloud based applications. We had been running a system called AvonData for the past five years. Our criteria included support of traditional PMS functions, an integrated web booking engine, channel manager, EPOS and function room booking capability. In addition we wonted a system that seamlessly integrate with other cloud based solutions such as Xero, accounting along with a willingness to interface with revenue management solutions such as PriceMatch and review management systems such as ReviewPro.

Support particularly out of normal working hours together with a good issue tracking and account management approach were also important.

Cost was a consideration but not our number one priority, we felt that feature/function match, customer support and being part of a large growing company were equally important.

Installing a new core system is never easy as it affects your whole business and virtually all members of staff, we made some mistakes such as not fully mapping our requirements and not spending time getting staff 'buy in' six months down the line we are fully live on all modules and starting to reap the benefits of our decision.

I like hearing my phone 'ping' with new accommodation bookings seven days a week, twenty four hours a day with no operator intervention. Managing our room stock from a single Global rate System helps me keep on top of the revenue management side of the business, integration with Xero is also a big plus point.

We have notice that the system is very functionally rich and although we are only a small country house hotel (18 rooms, function rooms, restaurant) we have some special practices which the system can accommodate.

Overall I think the system has some excellent feature/functions supporting our needs now and more importantly in the future. Its cost effective to use,we pay a low monthly fee, and their customer service is becoming more and more responsive.

Comments: Wow am really impressed about the whole system because it really address all the question i asked from the trainer.i will say a big "ayekooo" meaning great work done.

A great solution that can be easily understood by any layman. It is feature rich but at the same time, it can be easily understood by anyone.

As a consultant, I find it very easy to train the hoteliers who otherwise finds most systems very complicated and takes months to understand. With Hotelogix it is few hours of training and they are ready to go.

Also the wonderful support program helps in case we are stuck at any point within few seconds of request.

I recommend Hotelogix to all hotels in Ghana and other part of Africa

Comments: We started using Hotelogix for our first property in 2014. The functionality, user-friendiness of the program and customer service suits our hotel well. We liked it so much that we are now using it for all our 3 properties. They have some impressive features like touchscreen POS function and kitchen order ticketing which makes it convenient for our operations.

Comments: I am using this for our small hotel and so far am unimpressed with the usability of the product. It works but it's hard to setup and hard to manage. There are just too many options and it's all very confusing. (I'm a website developer, so I know how to use the web). The support people don't have very good english but eventually they get the job done. I wish I had chosen another software platform.

Comments: We have used Hotelogix for the past three years. Every year we become more efficient to our guests and the user friendly system allows us to have better control of our resort. Being self contained apartments the Hotelogix booking engine has enabled us to link it to our website for ease of use for our guests and quick response confirmations to their booking.

Most importantly, Hotelogix has a highly capable support team always available. Our account manager's response time always sets us back on track when we have some difficulty. We are not living in the same country as the resort's location but we are managing the bookings as if we were in resort.

Lastly, besides that it is a great system, the Hotelogix team is always upgrading and developing the system. This is a booking system which is capable of being tailored to your specific needs.

Comments: We have been using Avon Data in a client/server environment to handle our PMS requirements, Front of House, Restaurant, Bar and Conference Bookings, plus a Channel manager to handle rate distribution, we out-sourced payroll and had a non integrated accounts system. In order to save on computer hardware costs, specialist support staff and software maintenance of multiple solutions we are implementing a cloud based solution from Hotelogix which fully supports all our Booking, EPOS and Channel Management requirements and is integrated with Xero Accounting system which in turn is integrated with ReceiptBank, paperless invoice capture and processing, and MYPAYE, payrole. All are SaaS, Cloud 'best of class' solutions. We are live with the accounting, payrole and paperless invoice capture projects and we are now rolling out the Hotelogix system which is due to go live within three weeks. The Hotelogix implementation approach is to capture the user requirements through a series of interviews and questionnaires, capture conversion data via CDF files and present the end user with a custom built solution from which to test and validate before cutting over to live running. Support is provided by a 24hr help desk. We are finding the product robust and simple to implement with responsive support staff and rapid problem resolution. We were concerned about the handling of our conference facilities but Hotelogix was able to support our requirements. We are on track for our 'go live' date at which point we will start to realise the cost savings and functional improvements. We used AddMass consulting to advise and guide us in our choice of solutions.

Comments: Antes de contratar a Hotelogix, probe los trials de muchos soft en la nube y la verdad que es el mas simple de usar e intuitivo.
Creo q es un muy buen PMS, con integración de motor de reservas y de managment de OTA´S, Trip Conect, etc.
A mi parecer, creo que lo único que les falta es un soporte técnico en español.

Comments: Once you have gone thru the training and set up the software, the system works great. I love being able to offer online reservations directly to my customers. Plus the the 2 way feed of direct booking with channels like booking.com to avoid double bookings with no hassle is time saving for me. Simplifies my life at the reception and phone area of the hotel. Well worth the initial time and investment to set up.

Comments: We are working with Hotelogix for the past 2 and half year with our Thailand properties. Hotelogix is a user friendly and easy to use system, which allows our hotel partners to get control of their property and drive better revenue.

The future is looking bright with more properties that are looking for low cost solutions to drive better revenue.

Insight in production channels, easy to read reports per segment with just clicks away, makes this solution a must have for every GM or Revenue manager that looks for data to improve their business.

The cloud based advantage is that we, as a relatively small company, can service hotels in every part of Thailand, without physical being in their location. We can gain access to data and generate new strategies as data is accessible from any entry point, for multiple properties at each time.

Comments: We are using Hotelogix for 1 month, it's simple and easy to understand, I was looking into 5 different options and take several months for my election. Now we are using the PMS without problems and think to integrate with payment options later.
Hotelogix forces us to be more profesional in our organization, and that's good!

Comments: We implemented Hotelogix in 4 properties from 12 to 25 rooms, with great success (12 to 25 rooms). The application is very flexible and powerful, especially in regard to the definition of rates and promotional packages. The startup might be a bit tedious, due to many parameters that provide multiple combinations; it will take over a moths to have it done. But every minute spent at the beginning, involves automating processes which will lead to improving profit and time optimization.
The integration with CM is vital, even for Hotels with few channels, as it improves advertising exposure, increases occupancy levels and allows strategic definition and quick updates, on rates and promo packages rather than losing time in overhead of updates.
We are waiting for integration with CR application that enable real-time reviews from guests during their stay in order to improve processes and react to the preferences and demands of the passengers reversing a negative rating . It would also be the way to have more reviews and therefore better ranking in Tripadvisor and others search & recommendation sites.
Definitely we highly recommend Hotelogix.

Comments: I have to admit that this project won my interest against several others (eZee Absolute, Anand Systems, Webrezpro to name a few ¿ even against Micros Fidelio). I¿m not an expert on Hotel Property Management System software but i can say if a software is usable or not. And by not being an expert , I have an advantage on judging a software interface and usability.

Comments: I used Logix for several month, its a great hotel management program, but still need to be fixed and added more option.
I discontinued to use it because during few month i understand that i spend more time by using Logix than i do my reservations by excel program.
Main points are these:
1. Logix can't make invoice for several reservations of one group. Means if i would like to get payment from tour agency which sent me 10 customers (10 rooms) i must issue one by one invoice to get a payment. That's a lot of paper work and very confused.
2. I can't understand and follow which reservations been paid and which not, must follow manually.
3. In reports i can't get detail report as i need. Even i can't get specific report for specific dates, for example i need customer list who check in from 1 st of December until 15 of December, so the system show me all customers who use to live between these specific dates.
4. When i add new reservation and during the period of staying our room price change, system of Hotel Logix starting to show strange amounts per night. For example, customer stayed 5 nights for 800$ and 3 nights for 900$, so in the system i got strange amount that customer pay per night: 837.5$ (its not specific as it should be)
5. I can't make an overbooking, for example sometimes we have that customer not arrived, but he paid for the hotel, and i would like to see this reservation in the bottom of table, but night audit not allow this reservation to be in the bottom and i must either delete, either to remove it from the system. (In manual case, i keep reservation in the bottom of the table until customer will arrive)

So these the main points which make my decision to not work with Hotel Logix, because even i asked programmers to fix these problems but they was not able to do it.
So, in general, this hotel managment program is very suitable for small hotels which has not over 20 rooms, and receive customers from Walk in or booking websites.
Of course again its depend on the country and conditions of work.

1) Hotelogix offers you the option of having a consolidated invoice for a group reservation and you can even view/ print the invoice for an individual room if you wish. 2) Hotelogix provides you the feature to view and obtain all the pending folios, so that the hotel does not have to maintain these records manually. 3)The feature, Reservation List allows you to view a detailed report of the reservations that are due to Check In or already checked in on a specific date or during a specified date range. You can view the report as per the reservation status. (Reserved/ Already Checked In). 4) Hotelogix shows the exact amount per night, the way the rates are defined to be charged. 5) Hotelogix gives an option to charge a No Show fee as per your hotel's No Show policy. As per Global Standards, we cannot perform the night audit with a reservation (Overbooking)which is not yet checked in for the day, which is why the system prompts to either Check In/ No Show a reservation.Hope this helps.

Comments: We have been using Hotelogix form more than 2 years now and it has been great. It is very handy to have a cloud system that you can access everywhere and anytime. The other great feature of Hotelogix is that you have the possibility to connect with all the mayor reservation webpage (such as booking, expedia) and all the reservation are placed automatically on the Hotelogix system and the availability update automatically. This save us a lot of time!

Comments: Grand Sihanouk Ville hotel is a 3 star hotel located in Sihanouk Ville. Most of our rooms have a private balcony, we have a lovely pool and focus on good food, clean rooms and high service.

After analyzing our operation situation we decided to implement a Property Management System. Our management team is highly experienced and between us we have been working with several different PMS in the future. Threw an add we heard about Hotelogix, and decided to contact with them to check it out.

I was immediately replied by their Sales Front with exactly the information I needed. In fact, the decision of going for Hotelogix was made just a few days later.
The follow up from the support team is great, the program itself is easy to use, quick to implement and the reports accessible for management are almost innumerable.

The system is fairly priced and they are constantly working on new and improved solutions for the system.

The implementation of Hotelogix has increase our RevPar with 5,3% the first month, and we can`t wait to see the what this will do for our revenue in the future.

Pros: Our company selected Hotelogix for the following reasons: it's ease of use, it's stability, a very rich and functional feature set, links to OTA's, and a very strong and effective customer support base. This support proved to be very effective and helpful! The benefit's of it's pricing simply added to the already impressive set of gains we received utilizing the product. As user's of the system, we can write a glowing review, but to be fair and transparent, any company seeking a PMS system that will meet all their requirements, we strongly advise prospective customers give this product a trial run. We tested approximately 6-8 PMS products, and found only one which offered similar features and strengths, but not the matching cost benefits. As users since August 2009, we have had solid support, strong feature updates, and as the product grows, we are certain that in deciding to use Hotelogix, we made the correct decision, and we've proven it over 3 years of easy, reliable use.

Cons: A few negatives we experienced were during the development phase of the product, very early on. As the product matured and bugs were eliminated, we cannot find fault in the product or it's support service.

Overall: Our overall recommendation is that after using Hotelogix for over 3 years, we strongly suggest any hotel, B&B or similar lodging establishment trial run Hotelogix before finalizing any selection process. We have benefited from it's ease of use, cut expensive and often obsolete equipment to store data/maintenance, and from our experience know that Hotelogix is a reliable partner for our business. We trust future users will enjoy the product/service/support we have over the last 3 years.
