Pros
We find the system easy to use and easy to train new employees on.
Cons
For the level of use that we have the system at there are no cons that I can see. If we where using it to onboard employees into our HRIS system I think we might run into some barriers.
The biggest issue I usually see with an ATS is not the system but the users. Mostly, it is getting the managers used to the system and having them take the time to be an active part of the recruitment.
Overall
I can recommend iCIMS for most medium/small company users that are looking for a system to streamline the recruitment process and that would like to create an applicant data base for future recruitments.

Pros
iCIMS has developed a very easy to use Applicant Tracking System and they provide excellent customer support. Formal training classes are provided twice a weeek and the Account Representative that we have is very proactive and responsive to our needs.
We have been working with iCIMS for two years and have not experienced any technical issues todate nor has there been any down time. iCIMS is very reliable.
Cons
The implementation process could have been a little smoother. I think this all depends on the person doing the system implementation. So it may vary from company to company.
Reporting features are robust but not intuitive.
Overall
iCIMS is an excellent system that we rely heavily on.

Good interface and everything is intuitively placed. new features are added at regular intervals
Cons
I have used other systems that allowed the Administrator to add and delete Recruiters and Vendors, without having to go through the helpdesk/customer service.
Overall
overall, a very good, scalable system with support for international recruiting. would defintely recommend.
