Pros

DataStation is very flexible and versatile innovation management service. Ideation module has duplicate prevention which helps us collect high quality ideas and stop possible duplicates from being submitted. Idea prioritization is clear, we can track the top innovators.

Document Library is very useful in searching tons of documents for keywords, classifying, and finding best quality content via Top content filter.

Notification system pushes new and in-context information to people who really need it, and it is flexible for setup.

Mobile access is very useful, we can submit and overview ideas when we are on the road.

Cons

Dynamic report generator would be a good addition.
