Customizable, user-friendly and easily able to adapt to your specific business needs. The support team is great and very knowledgeable. Implementation take a little to get used to, but once you understand how the easily the program works, it becomes a great tool that we use all day, every day.
Cons
Return logistics doesn't really exist, and packing slips take a few extra "clicks" to reach them. However, I understand they have these two tasks on their development road map, so it's a non-issue as we know it's improving.

Real time, internet based, easy to use, customer support is outstanding, low cost startup and maintenance, exports/imports with excel

As far as I can tell there are no cons.
