Pros

After spending over a year looking for a single integrated web based solution, Vorex was able to provide us exactly that. Our publicly traded company had many requirements, all were addressed professionally by Vorex team. Main Pros include:
- Their integrated software is very comprehensive and covered several of our departments; such as the procurement, fulfillment, HR, Billing..etc
-Rapid implementation: Unlike other proposals that required a very lengthy time to implement, Vorex proposal promised and delivered a quick implementation.
-Clear and very reasonable pricing.
-Software is easy to use.
-Excellent customer support.
-Excellent and practical training.

Cons

I can not think of a single negative point to mention in this box. It has been a great experience.
