Pros

Autotask-like, but I'd rather pay for AutoTask. Features and functionality are both on-par with Autotask. Autotask is much more than this software, but worth it if you can afford it.

Cons

The president wanted over $500 per month for the software solution, which wasn't close to my budget. We did negotiate down about 40% off, but it was still double what I really needed to pay. Ended-up going with a smaller solution that works well.

The demo failed twice during the live demo over GoToMeeting (Force close of the application on their own computers).

Overall

Nice guy, but he's hustling where he should be negotiating. Advice for him: Don't go after small (extremely small) businesses, and state it on your site. Also, develop standard pricing that you have the guts to list on your site. $500 per month would require a lot of guts.
